BEST optometry in Tustin, I visited with my parents at
Dr. Booth’s optometry. He is the BEST!
He took long time for check up everything nicely & check everything in detail for my parents. He has lot of patient.
I had visited before to Dr. Ami was so nice
& very kind lady. Staff is also very nice.
Kamal very professional & helpful. He scheduled appointment in very short time. I highly recommend this optometry group.

My family has been with Booth Optometry Group for over ten years. They have great frames for great prices.
Dr. Booth is great! He does great work and he is funny. My children love him.
Dr. Amy is awesome. She knows what she is doing. She is kind, funny and professional.
Lori is a sweet, kind and patient person. She helped me find the perfect pair of glasses to fit my face shape and size. She gave me advice about how to choose my glasses. I spent about an hour trying on glasses!
Kamal is kind and very professional. He helped to schedule appointments for my very large family. He was very patient. Once when I needed documentation for my insurance, he promptly faxed the documents to me.
The office gets busy but you would not know it since they are focused on you when it’s your turn and there isn’t a feeling of being rushed.
I have seen them help a non-patient who just walked in off the street and needed their glasses repaired without hesitation.
My sister referred me and I highly recommend this group to you.

Terrible and poor service! OMG, I believe that they really employ unprofessional temp workers.
I come to this optometrist since I was in college, due to part is that the owner goes to the same local church as myself. So I decided to support the business, since I know the optometrist and some employees.
But recently, one employee really pisses me off. I called in to inform him to fax my current prescription to one of the LensCrafters for fitment (I accidentally broke my glass). I went to the LensCrafters and waited for an hour, BUT NO FAX! HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO FAX OVER A PATIENT’S PRESCRIPTION?!
I will NOT visit this optometrist anymore regardless of whether the owners go to the same church! Wasting my time, POOR SERVICE AND BAD BUSINESS!
But, I have to be give a great review for Dr. A Booth; she’s patient, soft-spoken, and understanding. I love her care very much.
BUT I CANT STAND THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
FYI — POOR front desk employees who takes phone calls and provide customer services MEANS BAD BUSINESS.
I won’t spend any more of my time with this optometrist group!
