«TUSTIN GATEWAY TO HORROR» Is what this place should be called. It is so true when they say that a companies reputation is reflected from the top management. Because I should have ran the other way while I was moving into my storage and an incident with the property manager Fabiola Castro made my already stressful move into a horror fest. They lure you in with great rates, but the drama you have to put up with is not worth it. Let me describe what happened in brief:
Incident 1: You get a free truck rental, but was advised that I had to be the one actually renting it. When I spoke to Ms. Castro. I told her that my friend (who was next to me) was the one driving the trucking and will be there the following day to get it. The following day came and so did the headache. My friend could not rent the truck. I was 2 hours away. Which made my move expensive since I had to pay extra days for the house I was renting. When I confronted Ms. Castro. She refused to acknowledge her mistake and I asked to speak to her supervisor Bobby (who I called and left messages for). To this day I’m still waiting for call and I think it will never come.
Incident 2: I was in Asia for business and I thought I paid the storage rental through their online portal when I was away. I had horrible internet connection and send a email stating to Ms. Castro that I was away and I was not sure if I did not payment online correctly. If she could let me know that I will be checking back my email in a few days since I was in a country and are with poor internet access. She proceeded to call me everyday when she knew I was not in the country. Upon my return, I asked her if she got my email and why she did not respond. She said that they do not work on email. But why would you have that option on your website as a contact alternative? I also asked her that given the facts that I was away with no access to my US phone and limited access to internet, that she would have figured out to just respond to my email. She stated that I did not actually mention in the email that I wanted her to respond via email. I’m at a loss here. I’m completely dumbfounded and request to speak to Bobby (her supervisor) again. 2 weeks later. Still waiting.
So if you want your precious personal effects being left with a bunch of people that do not care. Then … Tustin Gateway to Horror Storage is the right place for you. BEWARE!!!

They have great customer service they were very professional and nice. I also had a lot of questions and they were able to answer every single one. The property was also very clean. I recommend this storage place for anyone who is looking for a storage they have great deals.
