After buying a dryer off craigslist and having it immediately stop heating(mistake) and having trouble getting the company to fix it I called Toms based on their reviews. I left a message very late at night and got a call back from Roberto. He came on a Sunday and was extremely nice and professional. He replaced the thermostat quickly and also fixed some other problem for me while he was there. I highly recommend this business!

Roberto does it again! I called him out of the blue to get my big dryer fixed and last minute he made accommodations to come within 20 minutes because I mentioned my clothes were wet and needed immediate drying. Within 10 minutes he fixed my belt and off he went. He’s such an honest handyman that I hope everyone hires him. His customer service, promptness, and no BS work ethic is very deserving of everyone’s business. Hard to come by these types of people. Most want deposits before they even come out and you go through all this waste-of-time estimating period.

We need to have doors replaced on a refrigerator for a client. They sent out Ricardo and Robert. They were careful and friendly. I have problem with my Whirlpool gas range. Since it is a 13 years old range. I am wondering whether I should repair it or just get a new one. I called two other appliance repair services. Both required a $ 35 to $ 55 trip charge which will credit towards repair charges. Then I called Toms Appliance and he is willing to give me a rough estimate. I texted him the model number and pics and he found the required parts and quoted me the labor charges over the phone. Very appreciated that he is willing to spend time with me before coming to site. Great customer service!
