This is a long delayed review for this location. i started working out in this facility in March 2013 but had to move to another location after a few months since I started working closer to home. Sam was my trainer here and he was knowledgeable enough to get me acquainted with weight training. Its not cheap but the results are definitely worth it! I saw a review here saying they are not located in that building. When I left this location they were located in the first floor of the second building in this compound. You can’t miss it because its right beside the speech therapy clinic/​office. It used to be on the second floor on the other building but they moved to the new spot in Sept. 2013.

very happy with The Perfect Workout! It’s not cheap by an stretch of the imagination, but you get EXCELLENT value AND results. I picked this over working with a trainer at 24 Hour and over Curves… Brad and Sam are outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend this workout to friends and family. It could use a little music tho’!

Perfect Workout has enabled me to return to walking and hiking without the knee pain which had limited me for years. Nicole has guided my recovery, increased my general fitness and coached me to my success. Could not have done it with out her.
