Ritz Nails

The ladies are all very nice and the salon is big and very clean. I have been going to Megan for a long time and she does a fantastic job every time. She shapes my wide fingernails so that they look longer and more elegant. My mother in law, an expert in all things nails, was visiting from out of town some time ago, and was very impressed by how skilled Megan is.

I went in for a manipedi. I have natural nails and do not want gels or acrylic nails, but thankfully, I did not feel pressured to up grade. Jane and Nina were awesome! It was so relaxing and the massage chairs were amazing. I’ll be back!

Went here with friends and they were able to seat us immediately. They were very kind, yet my gel started chipping a week later. Maybe it was the brand I chose but I was a little disappointed in that since the color was beautiful. If I’m in the area I might stop by again but I probably won’t go out of my way to visit.

This is one of my favorite nail places. It’s very clean and spacious, and the staff is extremely friendly.
This review is specifically for an SNS manicure I received recently. Kathy did my nails, and let me tell you, she is awesome! With the last SNS manicure I got (from someone else), my nails ended up looking round and bubbly, which I didn’t realize until I got home. And I HATED like it! But this time, with Kathy as my manicurist, she made sure to not only cut/​file my nails to the length I wanted and use just the right amount of layers of SNS, she also filed the powder down so that it looked natural and NOT bubbly. And this was with me not needing to ask her to do that!
I will get an SNS manicure over a gel manicure any day, and thanks to Kathy, I’ve found the person to give me the look I want! Thanks, Ritz Nails!

It’s a pretty salon, my daughter and I were able to get in on a Sunday easily enough. The manicurists were professional. Our pedicures are great, but both our manicures chipped and peeled within a day. That wasn’t so bad for mine, because it was a shabby polish job (I’ll try to post a pic), but my daughter’s looked nice and would have liked it to last.
It seemed clean at first, but afterwards my daughter told me the pumice used on her feet had old skin on it BEFORE the pedicurist used it. She pointed it out, but the pedicurist assured her it was clean. Sorry, left over skin = not clean.

If you are going for a simple manicure, prepare to get harassed for not getting gel. The technicians are very pushy. I get ridiculed every time I come in. I have had to defend my choice to avoid the service that made my real nails thin and unhealthy in the first place every appointment. I will not be back.

The lady who did my pedicure was nice and professional.
I would definitely go back.

My favorite place to get a gel mani and delux pedi. All of the girls that work here are pretty good at what they do. I would ask for Quinn or Sally as I think they’re 2 of the best, and they’re both very nice. I always look forward to spending a relaxing hour here to get pampered and to have nails that look well-​groomed.

I’ve been coming here every 2 – 3 weeks for 3 years and I WILL NOT go anywhere else for my nails!
I’ve been using Kim, Lee & Jane religiously during my duration of visits here. All three of these ladies do an impeccable job time and time again!!!
James, who runs/​manages the store is a sweetheart and he remembers customer’s names and faces… Always welcoming and friendly :)
I’ve tried other salons in the area when I first moved here and this spot is clean, efficient and consistent. I’ve never seen them make a walk in customer wait more than a few minutes (only if they are extremely busy)…

I love Ritz nails! One of my favorite mani/​pedi shop when I have time to stop by since it’s near by when I visit family.
Dana is the best and takes her time with you! She definitely makes sure your nails are perfect before you leave! I totally love love love Dana and always ask for her when I go there. definitely easier to book her by appointment! Our little chit chats are fun and she definitely works with you to pick out the right color for your nails if you’re indecisive. It’ll probably be awhile until I have time to myself again but I’ll definitely will be visiting Dana when I get a chance after the baby is born!

Walked right in and immediately was helped by Sally. She did a full set and was able to do an absolutely amazing job on my design I found on Pinterest. I could not have been more happy with her attention to detail and the time she took to do the design. Cannot wait to come back!

After having a long, hard day i decided to get my nails done to pamper myself. I walked into this salon and was immediately greeted and assigned a nail tech! Absolutely no waiting around! Their was plenty of staff available to customers. Not only that, the service was friendly, warm and welcoming. I did not once feel uncomfortable or displeased. Thank you Lucky for being so kind and also thanks for making my toes look pretty! I did not catch my mani techs name, but thank you for the wonderful job as well! I highly recommend this place.

I really wanted to like this nail spa since they are close to my work but the last two times I went there my SNS polish chipped multiple times in a week! I’m not hard on my nails since I have an office job so I’m not sure what the issue is. I have never had regular gel polish do this and the first time I tried SNS, the mani lasted for an entire month!
That being said they have always fixed my nails but I shouldn’t have to go back for repairs multiple times in a week and a half! They should apply the powder correctly the first time!
Time to find a new place.

Perks of this place is that there are tons of nail artists so even if you don’t have an appointment they take you in right away. No wait and no appointment on a Wednesday afternoon which is «45 minute wait» in other nail salons
Great and clean location. The lady doing my gel mani wasn’t annoying with too much or two o little to say. Friendly environment. My lady also helped me pick the color «Kissed by the bride» creamy pinkish which I absolutely loved.
4 stars for a bit of an expensive price. $ 35 gel+ $ 5 extra for french tips

Came here to have a horrible pedicure fixed that I got done somewhere else. I got acrylic on my toes and badly needed someone that knew what they were doing. Well I’m very happy! Jennifer did my nails. Fixed them perfect and was super fast!

Found out about this place about 4 months ago… they are clean and friendly. Dena is the lady who is being doing my nails, she is awesome.

This is my second visit here and Jackie did my gel mani about 3 weeks ago. Shes really careful, takes her time and starts conversation with you.
I like having my gel mani thin layered. I hate it when it feels chunky or bulk. And after i finished with her, i took a good look at my nails and noticed how perfectly thin and even the coating was! Its been about 3 weeks and my nails are still looking good. Other than grown out a littlw bit, but they didnt chip or peel yet! (Other than one small corner). From now on, She’ll definitely be the one that works on my hands.
My first visit here. I will not say the name because shes a nice lady but her name was said in a lot of reviews about how good she was. So i set up an appointment with her. I felt like she was rushing through my service. And then She put the gel on, and she noticed that she messed up, im thinking she mightve missed a step. so she had to scrape off all the gel from about 5 finger nails. So I thought that was cool, because she wasn’t lazy to say screw it and not tell me and continue forward. So good job! But remember how i said i like thin layer. Well unfortunately she put on multiple layers and it felt sooooo thick. It was bulky. And so in return, the day after, my nails started chipping already :(
I cant remember the two different ladies that have done my pedicures. But for the most part. Its good. They have a full menu of options and extras you can do to take care of your feet. :)
The facility is super clean, and is nicely decorated and for the most part, all the technicians dress up their attire. :) lots of pretty ladies here.
They offer A LOT of gel options. Quite over whelming. But its good that they have options.
Pretty pricey. But its orange county, and it’s a popular plaza.

I love the customer service at this salon! Always accommodating customers’ schedules!
I recommend Dana Nguyen as a technician because she only uses products and tools on clients that she would use on herself! If you prefer gel, she uses an LED lamp to cure your nails, which is much safer than UV lamps.
Also, she’s the only technician that uses SNS gel-​less powder on nails. It’s a powder dipping system that doesn’t require lamps to dry. The nail comes out thinner and it has vitamin E and calcium, so your natural nail gets less damage. Nothing else stays on my nails — acrylic, gel, or adhesives. THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT THAT STAYS ON MY NAILS FOR WEEKS!
They don’t get 5 stars because they are on the pricier side.

They took my boyfriend in right away for his pedicure also!
It was my first time so I was very discouraged from the bad reviews, but the way I see it. Why would you walk away with nails you’re not satisfied with? Anyways my gel is still perfect and it’s been over two weeks. This means a lot because I am soo rough on my nails ! I use them for everything ! They usually don’t last and they still look amazing !! I’ll be going on next week to see Lili again.
My boyfriend enjoyed his pedicure also.
They were very courteous and even had nice small talk that I personally enjoy. She helped me pick out my color!

The salon is clean and staff is friendly. They offer other services such as facials. I tried it and Dana did a great job. It’s nice to get more services done in the same place
