Food is average. A good place to pick up a light breakfast or lunch. Plenty of seating. Excellent customer service is what sets this place apart from other locations.

Won’t go back. The food is good, however its expensive, not worth it, and the aforementioned issues, and there are plenty of other places to eat. To add to this– Also I went in and the girl at the counter was rifling through a 500 page book/binder to find out if there was gluten in one of the sandwiches/soups whatever. Waited 15 minutes for her to find it. Seems like they need a better system.

I like Panera but mostly for their soups and bakery products. Panera people are very nice yet it always reminds me of a step up from a fast food place. I know it is popular for wifi and sipping on a cup of coffee and a pastry. I have had their salads and today was breakfast. The egg sandwich and they way it was presented on a white piece of cardboard was very unappetizing and quite frankly it was not good at all. The soufflé was delicious and I would definitely recommend it. For an early morning breakfast place at this location there are not many options, but I would not select Panera for breakfast. I love they are trying to add healthy choices with calories included so you can make a good decision but I am more a fan of an afternoon or evening bite at Panera location. Service was fast this morning and the people were very nice. Quiet and peaceful which was nice!

The most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at Panera! I ordered to go and got my food. However, when I reached into the bag while I was driving I saw I had the wrong order. I turned around and they apologized and gave me a free cookie for my trouble. They were very pleasant and super friendly. I wish I got the names of the people who helped me!

I love Panera Bread, and this was a nice central location for my friend from the OC and me from San Gabriel Valley to meet for lunch to catch up. I love their salads, and it makes me feel good that I filled my tummy with good, healthy food while we caught up on things. I wouldn’t mind meeting her here again!

My daughter really loves Panera. This one is close to her school and we have just enough time between her school and a 1:30 appointment on Thursdays to stop in here. It gets busy at lunch time but not too busy, and the food always comes out quickly. I usually get soup or soup and a salad. She always gets broccoli cheddar in a bread bowl. The food is consistent. Most of the employees are pleasant. However, there is an older manager type woman who never seems to smile. The internet is better than at the other Tustin location.

It should be a crime to charge the same price for pastas & have such a huge difference exist between the amount you get dining in vs taking out. I love panera but come on.

I love love Panera so it pains me to give a Panera location 2 stars. However, this location deserves 2 stars. This location is near my work and before work one morning I was craving a bagel. I got to Panera at about 7:45 ish am. There were plenty of employees working and the place wasn’t that popping yet. After the dude in front of me ordered, the employee said she would be with me in a few mins. 10 minutes go by. YES10 minutes. In the meantime, other employees were just standing around and walking by not really working. They would make eye contact with me but didn’t approach me. Finally, I had to roll my eyes and breathe heavily when an employee looked at me to get attention. That’s redik! I should not have to do that to get helped. Finally a dude helped me. I was so pissed! I would understand if they were hella busy or what not, but they weren’t! The employees just seemed lazy and very unprofesh. Panera should have fast service ESP in the am hours when people are rushing to get to work. I will probably have to give this place another try because it’s the only Panera close to work, but hopefully I don’t crave bagels from here anytime soon.

Honestly… I came in here. Had a sandwich and soup combo … I hate writing but I’m so upset of the shit food I just ate here … Like I just paid 15 dollars for this crap … Seriously 15 bucks with a drink… Don’t recommend this place to anyone… Sandwich was 2 inches long cost about 4 dollars and was kinda cold … Soup was hot and cold at the same time … Like my god … Im saving my receipt to check with my tax guy to see if eating this crap could be considered a public service… Like I’m genuinely upset about this …

Panera Bread is always great, The Cinnamon Rolls are on point. The Quality at each location is always right. This is a chain that always keeps Quality in mind, regardless of the location that you visit. Panera Bread is always worth the visit.

A pretty standard Panera at the District just across from the movie theater and next door to Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. The inside is just like any other Panera you’ve been to and the food is also just as consistent. Lastly, their staff is friendly and the Wi-Fi is free(also, not slow). Pros: –Good Food –Good Price –Wi-Fi available –Nice Staff Cons: –Parking anywhere at the District is yuck!

I have never had an issue with Panera. Although I think their portions are quite small and they over charge for what you really get. I was craving for a bagel this morning and decided to stop by and pick one up to go. I ordered French Toast bagel. The lady handed me the bagel in a bag and sent me in my way. When I got to the office I discovered my bagel was nicely blackened and burnt to a crisp. I love it! Not! Totally ruined my morning. I guess I will always need to check my food before leaving the store. Lesson learned.

Few times I have been here I had to wait in a line. Last time I came here we had placed an order at least 30 minutes before I got there and I still had to wait another 10 minutes till it was ready. I prefer their breakfast menu over their regular menu! Well atleast I have more options in the breakfast menu! I am a fan of their pesto tortellini — it’s pretty good and it also fills you up. Their coffee is quite strong — I am black coffee drinker so I prefer a bit of bitter and strong coffee. Their soups are pretty good as well — creamy and rich. So far I have liked their broccoli cheddar soup better than Subway. I am a fan of the Apple pay they have at this location. Makes the payment quite simple and easy. Just put your phone by the sign and voila — your payment has been taken care of! Applies to only who has iPhone 6 or 6S.

This review pertains only to this Panera location. I’ve been to this spot a couple times and about half the time I needed to wait 15+ minutes until my food arrives. The food here is what you can expect from Panera, decent. The service however is unacceptable imo. My last order at this establishment was never delivered to me at the 20 minute mark. I asked, presumably a manager, about the status of my food and was told I’d get the food delivered to me when it was ready. 10 more minutes later and my lunch hour was up with no food and no compensation other than the money I paid. I can understand a delay but missing an order? Plus no compensation towards the customer for a botched job? This in my book warrants a 1 star review.

Back when I attended UCI, my friends and I made this our designated study spot. There are so many tables at this location and a few outlets, which made it so much more convenient than Starbucks. In the morning I usually order a blueberry bagel or a chocolate chip bagel depending on my mood. Both are good, and the blueberry cream cheese here is delicious! For lunch, I always got the chipotle chicken panini with a side of broccoli cheddar soup. The sauce in the panini is great and the soup was perfect — hot, flavorful, and not too salty :) They also have amazing customer service here! One time I was dumb enough to order online and picked the wrong location(there are like three Panera Breads in close vicinity of each other, so I’m warning you now). I explained the situation to the manager and he replaced my meal without charge! I was so grateful, and that incident has made me a loyal Panera customer :)

Came here yesterday in search of a perfect croissant. It’s been waaay too long since I sunk my teeth into a large, flaky, buttery as heck croissant with chewy textures inside with a melt in your mouth flavor without being overly oily… I’m still looking!!! :(It was dead Thur at 3pm. I didn’t mind that at all! I saw that they still had croissants left and I asked the lady at the register if they were buttery and her response was«kind of»!! BOOOO! Ibit the bullet and got it anyway. It was close to $ 3. Flaky– check, large-good size, wish it was a tad larger, buttery-only slightly. The texture was chewy inside and flaky outside but the overall taste was good but a bit oily tasting without the buttery taste, so I did not like that. So, as you can read, my croissant here was not perfect. So, onto the next croissant!

So I was at a hosted movie/meeting at the AMC across the way from this Panera Bread and they had box lunches for us from Panera Bread, The box lunch comes with a sandwich with lettuce and tomato, a pickle spear and chips The sandwich was simple turkey but it was good and just about the right size. 3 Stars for the Sandwich one extra star because like the Dark Side they have cookies. Yes the box lunch has a large chocolate chip cookie and cookies make everything better.

This place was located in The District, close to the movie theaters across from the Italian Place. There was a relatively short line and food came out promptly. I ordered the Lentil Quinoa Chicken Bowl which tasted kind of like an Asian-Inspired soup bowl. It was okay, it actually tasted a lot saltier than it looked for me. The broth was salty, as if too much salt was used, and so the individual food items, from the chicken to the veggies, didn’t have much taste to them because the salty soup broth hid all of it for me. That being said it wasn’t entirely bad, and I can see if less salt was used the dish would come out a bit better. I probably wouldn’t order something like this in the future though, though I’m not very fond of their other menu items.

I come to this panera almost every weekend. Usually I get the Mediterranean egg white sandwich and it is so good. Today I got a you pick 2 with the creamy chicken and wild rice soup which was pretty good and the power hummus salad. I love this salad it is light and filling because they use spinach leaves. It’s become my new favorite menu item. I also always get the acai berry iced tea which I love. The staff is always very attentive and friendly and the food is well prepared. The service is usually pretty quick as well considering how crowded it is.
