Massage Envy – North Tustin

Overall the massage was good. My problem was that they didn’t start till 15 after and then she left the room 10 min till. So I don’t feel like I got a full hour massage that I had paid for. I understand that people run late and things happen but don’t shorten mine to make it on time for your next appointment ;(

WOW, what a difference… After my experience with the facial I had with Yoana in La Habra, I was reluctant to back to Massage Envy. This time was a COMPLETELY different experience!
I was greeted by some extremely nice people at the front desk when I arrived and was booked with Christine… She was extremely professional and I felt like she truly cared about the experience and quality of the service! Every aspect of the facial I received was outlined to me as she walked me through why she was doing each step and how it would help. She recommended products without being pushy and obnoxious! A truly pleasant experience I will definitely go back for!

Decided to try Massage Envy for facial. I looked on Unilocal previously for a facial place and was terribly disappointed with a facial I received by this small facial spa in Orange on Katella. Decided to give Massage Envy a try. I was greeted by Larissa. She is very professional and has excellent customer service skills! I had a facial by Roseanna who was excellent! They use high quality Murad products. She gave a wonderful massage of my hands, arms, neck and shoulders. I am considering the once a month member plan since this was such a wonderful experience. If you just go casually or don’t want to be a monthly member a facial is $ 109. Monthly membership is $ 59 for massage. $ 10 more pay if you want facial. This is reasonable for high quality services and very clean facility. I am thinking $ 59 a month is $ 2 a day and I deserve it! Great value for what you receive. The waiting room is very nice too. Lights are dimmed so you can relax. They have tea and ice water. Your relaxation begins when you walk into the waiting area. Very special place!

I’ve been seeing Mario over the past year and he is hands down the best massage therapist I have had! He is always able to work out the knots in my neck and shoulders, is very thoughtful and checks in to see if the pressure is right, and customizes the massage to your needs. He’s the reason why I’ve kept my Massage Envy membership. Thanks Mario!

Come see Faviola, she’s the best! This is one of the largest massage envy facilities I have been to and it is very clean and well kept.

Just received an amazing massage from Tony. I went in with a specific request and pain — oh, my neck! And in between the scapula. 50+ minutes later… full mobility and total relaxation! I’ll be back.

I called to book a massage and wanted to add the free facial that is offered here on Unilocal with your check-​in. They told me the would not honor the facial and apologized. Obviously I have to give a bad Unilocal review since I was stoked to pamper myself and I was mislead. The girl also forgot to give me my gift card balance. I hope it was worth it to lose a new client.

Had my first and fabulous facial with Rory, she was absolutely amazing! I’m definitely going back in a month:)

I have never had such an amazing facial in my life — Rory did an awesome job she is by far the sweetest gal ever and really knows how to give a good facial! My skin looks and feels incredible! I can’t wait to go back and see her again…

Massage was excellent five stars but a business practice is in question three stars. A young lady was some what helpful but the older receptionist was a deceptionist who made an unauthorized charge to my credit card on file. It was just 10 dollars but that’s how all it starts, so I will call the corporate office Monday to make a stop to that. It is not about the dollar amount. It is a matter of principle. If the membership is good to use any location why do you tell your client, oh by the way I charged you $ 10 because this is not your home clinic. If anything, you will tell me, upfront. But just because my credit card information is on file does not mean you have free access. You ask first.

The facility is impeccable and there is a real obvious attention to detail there. I contacted the location in East Orange 3x and they could never get me a decent apt, I discovered this new location in Tustin, they are open till 10pm, and they got me in the same day. The team was friendly and attentive, and my therapist, Biriana, was wonderful. Thank you!

More like a higher end place. The only thing is I wish the quiet room was a bit more secluded it can get a little noisy during tours.

Today I received a facial from lupe and a massage from joey. The facial was absolutely wonderful! I told lupe I had to be somewhere after my appointment and she made sure to make my skin glow. She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time analyzing my skin and gave me a vitamin C facial. Her hands were like magic.
Next was my massage with joey. It was equally wonderful he was super attentive to my problem areas and made sure the pressure was what I asked for. (I like a firm massage)
I left feeling like I got the «royal treatment!»

Fish tanks are fun. The fact that there’s an upstairs as well is also unique. What really makes this location the best in all envys is the therapist i had, Erica E. She was very considerate and respectful. I actually thought she wouldnt give much of a massage by her sweet look, but she can go deep and get to the root of my tension. Focused on my aches and although I was a bit sore the next day, i was feeling amazing! Just followed her instructions on how to avoid so mucch soreness and BOOM, i was a new person. Thank you Erica. Only reason i gave a 4 star rating was because i had a horrible experience in other envy locations in OC.

I’ve never been to a message envy before. To be honest I thought they were the’McDonald’s’ of spas… I was wrong. The rooms were relaxing, I loved the fish tank. The staff was super friendly and my masseuse was perfect! Thanks Joey!

The owner Dave is a real nice guy, the girls at the front counter are awesome and this place is really nice. Its a little different then other ME I’ve been to so think you should check it out.

I’ve been going to the Costa Mesa massage envy for almost 3 years. I recently moved to Tustin and decided to take the leap and give this location a shot. Omg. Best idea of my life.
First of all the waiting room is gigantic. Complete with a huge fish tank, water, and tea. The staff at the front was very friendly and helpful and got me a drink upon walking in. Great start.
I then went in for my massage. Now, just so you know, I have a smashed disc in my neck and 2 slipped discs in my lower back, so trying someone new is not something I usually get excited about. I had Mario, and let me just say, he is a God amongst men. Hands down, best massage I have ever had. I’ve had a headache all week because of my neck but when he was done, headache was gone! This guy really knows his stuff! I had heard great things about Harry as well but he wasn’t available so I took Mario, and I am so glad I did.
Needless to say, I have another apt in two days, and genuinely look forward to it. I loved my guys at Costa Mesa and they do exceptional work. But I have officially converted to this Tustin location and highly recommend it.

My back was killing me from a car accident I was in about a year ago, I scheduled an appointment with Harry for a customized massage. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure to understand my needs. Harry made sure that my massage was customized to me and that my back was the focus. I cant wait to go back and continue my wellness program!
