DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY!!! They came out to give us a quote(which was a fair price) and was pressured into leaving a deposit for service, which we did. However we had a few other companies come out and decided to switch companies. So thankful we did. We signed a contract which stated that we had 3 days to cancel and would receive a refund within 10 days. Yes this is stated in THEIR contract not something we added. They cashed our check the following day of our appraisal. It had been 30 days and still no check. Called the office twice and given the run around, each office person blaming the other or saying someone was out of the office. We finally received our check today and it was made out to a completely different name. This company doesn’t have a clue and we can’t be thankful enough we didn’t use them. Any company that will hang up on you after they made the mistake, is not a company I would ever use! We had a gorgeous patio put up within a week and didn’t have to wait the month plus that they were behind.

Booked 2 estimates at the San Diego fair. The day before the appt the company leaves me a voice message to confirm. I call back the next day(because I’m working) and the answering service says they will send the message. They not only don’t show up to my parents home at 11a but also don’t show up at my home at 3p. 1 week later the answering service calls and the guy says he will follow up with the manager. Today Brent calls back and says in condescending tone«when we call to confirm you need to answer the phone» ver batum. I tell Brent I was working and I called the next day. He responds with some other bullcrap about«if that makes you feel better» I don’t care how great your construction business is if your customer service is terrible no one will use you. Hopefully the calls are recorded and the owner can counsel this employee. Too bad because we were ready to purchase two patio covers

Patio Cover: I read the 1 Star review and can honestly say that I did not share that experience. I did the typical multiple contractor bid thing. The Sales Rep. listened to my desires and had many styles and choices for me to review. Yes, the installers were a bit on the«goofy» side, but they were harmless. The only criticism I can offer is they could have been better at picking up their screws that they did not use and fell into my yard(If I had small children, I would have taken issue with this). Their price to me was fair and I am very happy with the patio cover. So far, it has held up to the winds! I would repeat business and refer friends/family.

I had L. J Hauser out end of May to quote a patio cover. The sales person that came out said they would be able to install using the same post holes(in the grass area) where my previous patio cover was installed. He even has it written on my quote and paperwork. When the guys came out to install the patio cover it was short by a foot on either side and instead of installing on the existing posts(in the grass area) they had to plop the patio cover right on the patio itself. Now, 6 months later the patio cover has many spots where the paint has fallen off the roof and it appears to be a rusty painted patio cover. I am about to call the company and find out what their«lifetime warranty» really covers. After reading the reviews on this company I doubt it covers much.
