Pam is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to period! I was extremely impressed by her professionalism as well as the level of knowledge she has in her field. I felt right at home the moment I stepped into her place of business. Between the therapeutic music and running water in the background, it made for a perfect experience. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

I’m at the keyboard all day, and the easel at night, which messes up my shoulders pretty good. Chiropractic helps a bit, but to really get the knots out I go to Pam at Core Essence. She really gets in there, and undoes the damage. If you’re looking for an effective massage, by someone who knows what they’re doing and really cares, Pam is it.

Core essence Wellness is a hidden gem! As a believer in holistic healing modalities, I started going to Pam for Reiki therapy. It has helped me to overcome stressful time periods in my life and reconnect with my happier healthier self. I have also received singing bowl therapy, it is so deeply relaxing! As soon as you walk into her therapy area you feel a sense of calm. The combination of Pam’s uplifting energy and caring spirit will make you feel renewed! NAMASTE.

This place offers incredible massages that will leave you feeling relaxed, at ease with your life and grateful that you walked in.
The hot stone massages are amazing, and I even came here for reiki from Pam when I needed some healing, whish helped tremendously. They are so kind and so genuinely helpful, that I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in the area, I mean they are so talented at making your aches and pains go away, you gotta give ‘em a try!

Through the years I’ve received massages on a pretty regular basis, both for relaxation & ‘ailments,’ but my experiences have never been what they are with Pam. My body and mind melt into another place. Especially with her hot stone massage! One word: Wow!
I also look forward to her kind energy. There’s no one like her. This reminds me… I need to schedule my next massage!
