I recommend you find another plumber. This was my second experience with this company. I was desperate when I had a sewage pipe break late in the evening. This company claims to be ²⁴⁄₇. Being out of a toilet and shower for 2 days was almost unbearable. Expect to pay more than they quote even if their prices already seem outrageous. If you want things done right away I hope you are the one at the top of their to do list. I was told when they needed to come back to finish that it would be at least another week because another job was taking ALL of their man power and resources. They are completely unprofessional and will argue with you like a toddler does when they get caught doing something they shouldn’t. This review will probably end up in the trash pile but please don’t let them fool you into something because you find yourself with a plumbing emergency. I don’t have any experience with any of their other services though.

I normally do not write reviews but I must say that from beginning to end Bakers Brothers did a great job. Doc was the plumber that re did the plumbing in my home and was so polite, courteous and most importantly on time every day. It was a nice change to have a company actually care about professionalism.

I normally do not bother to write reviews of service providers, but I felt this merited the time. I called Baker Brothers this morning, and they sent a wonderful serviceman, Ken this afternoon. Not only was he prompt, courteous, and polite, he was knowledgable and helpful. I was delighted with the service, price, and Ken. I would not hesitate to call Baker Brothers again and would recommend them to friends and family?

Maybe not the cheapest, but they ran a new gas line for us and cleaned out a clogged washing machine drain and they did an excellent job.
