Not super happy about my experience… I was quoted $ 12 per jacket with $ 4 up charge for removing dog glitter, when I arrived they were charging $ 22. I called about the coupon, showed it on my phone, then when I went to pick up my order they say I never gave the coupon. I then had to wait a half hour for the manager to arrive to override everything. Not a pleasant experience at all. If you are going to charge more, then call the customer to let them know. Not returning.

My complaint, I was promised a call and email when items were finished with a 20% coupon never received!
Also for a dress that needed to to be altered only two inches they charged me 22 $ CRAZY I should have just had my 12 year old do it herself with her sewing machine. The alteration was that horrible.

I took my jacket here and they broke the zipper — it was obviously ‘placed’ back on my jacket so I wouldn’t notice it when I picked it up under the plastic. I have used the tailor here before and they did a good job. Parking sucks, and their hours just aren’t convenient for me.

I had accidentally left money in my pocket. When I picked my clothes up, the girls at the countetr were very friendly and explained how they had returned my money. I will definitely be back. Thank you. You don’t find honest people too often these days. Nice staff.

I had a shirt torn while being cleaned. It was too damaged to be repaired. Turlock Martinizing paid me for the shirt with a dry cleaning credit. So, my experience with them is that they do stand behind their product.

Good place to get your dry cleaning. Decent price and gets it done quickly. I brought in 2 suits to get dry clean and it was done the next day. When I went to pick it up, she apply a coupon to save me some money. I think it was like $ 2 off… so then I went to McDonalds and bought 2 double cheeseburgers with it. Can’t beat the Mickey D’s value menu, except for the fact that the food is sooo bad for you.
