This business is absolutely amazing! They installed my home security system in a timely manner and with the utmost professionalism. I absolutely love my system, as I can monitor my home (inside & out) from my phone, my ipad, my work computer… anywhere! Since the system has been installed, they have been incredibly responsive to all of my inquiries. Brian Bruha is the technician I have worked with and he has been so helpful! He is incredibly knowledgeable, very prompt in returning my calls, and an all around fantastic guy to work with! I highly recommend Custom Locksmith & Alarm to everyone!

Hands down the best locksmith in town! Their prices for a local family owned company are great! I’ve gone to custom lock for all of my security needs (big or small) and they get the job done fast and accurately! They also have a great assortment of keys in store and the girls up front can make any key you can think OF within seconds with a smile on their faces! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my families safety!

Great service by the pretty blonde. Always cuts my keys and is always such a joy to do business with. She’s straight forward and to the point. I don’t understand what D D.‘s issue with her was, but the numerous times that I have frequented Custom Lock she has been nothing but curteous and far from arrogant. She just calls a spade a spade.
