Note: the reason for one star is because zero stars is not an option. Had heard nothing but great things about Yale cleaners, so I decided to give them a try. I am absolutely mortified at what they did to my shirts. I really wish I could post pictures on the review so people could see how pathetic my stuff turned out. I understand starch varies depending on cleaners, so I always ask for an example. I got to feel what I was told was a medium. Either I felt a lightly starched shirt or they heavily starched my shirts. Regardless, my shirts look like crap. Not that it matters; I’m going to have to buy new ones anyway. My shirts were all shrunk, and not just a little bit. I will have to roll the sleeves up if I wear them anymore, and prior to that, I will have to re-​iron them. I will never take another shirt to Yale cleaners.

Admittedly my experience was a while back but I saw this listing on Unilocal and thought I could warn off others.
My wife uses this place and takes my clothes. There is no attention to detail and when I had to take some stuff back, they just laughed. I wrote a long letter to Rothrock outlining his problems but my wife wouldn’t let me sent it.
I think there are too many other places in town to be dealing with the lack of customer service here.

I’ve been using Yale Cleaners to take care of my dry cleaning for years. Always friendly service and my clothes are ready the same day. Sweet!
