No money goes back into the business whatsoever. Awful management, which is very obvious by the appearance of the building, bathrooms, and everything in between.

Wow! Starworld 20 use to be the place to be… not so much anymore. Today we were coming to see a movie at 11:30, which we saw on the website. However, when we approached to buy tickets for that movie, we were told the next showing was not until 3 and that the website was wrong. Of course, I was a little frustrated. My mother asked about another movie we were interested in, and the clerk informed us it started at noon. Perfect! The clerk proceeds to give us three FREE tickets to that showing! That made up for the faulty website. The concessions are over priced like every movie theater in the country. One of the worst parts of this place, other than the website, is the appearance. This theater is at least 15 years old and has not been updated since like 1998. The walls are falling apart and the seats are ripped. There really need to be some updates done to the whole theater. Good theater to go see a movie during the day when you have nothing else to do. I would not go here on a date or when you are trying to impress someone. It does bring back some great childhood memories, when a movie ticket cost $ 5. Overall, not the best, but it will do.

Super ghetto. But I guess you get what you pay for. Snacks were easy to sneak in There were like 5 teenagers working there just doing nothing when we walked in… lol.

Others have complained in some reviews about various things related to this theater but it is our go to location to enjoy movies. They oftentimes have coupons for free popcorn with the purchase of a ticket. Yes, they sometimes have technical difficulties with audio from time to time. However, I would take the occasional problem with having to deal with less people, particularly obnoxious teenagers that don’t realize when they are being disruptive. We go to this location approximately four times a month.
