Worst retail experience I have ever had. I will never go back. Their computers were down, which they didn’t tell me until I got to the front of the store with my purchases. The woman had a manual credit card slip, but refused to fill it out as she«didn’t know how to do that.» She acted as if it was my fault I wanted to pay with a credit card for a $ 75 purchase. After 15 minutes of trying to convince me to go to another radio shack or go to an ATM, I left empty handed. Worthless.

Despite other negative reviews, I had a positive experience here. I was greeted quickly by the friendly staff. They offered to help me find what I needed, which I needed. The woman who helped me knew what she was talking about and in was able to find the fuse I needed. I also looked at TV antennas and there seemed to only be a few options, to my disappointment. Most of the store is taken up by cell phones, despite the fact that most people get theirs from their service provider. The store is well laid out, however, and all the sections are labeled visibly.

Ok counter guy, calm down! I don’t want a giant box of AAA batteries for $ 9.99 and I know that if you were me you would«Jump on it»(referring to a cell phone up grade) but the only thing you made me want to «jump on» was the exit. And WHY do you need my home address?
