The pizza isn’t that bad. But at the same time it can be. I love the idea of watching a movie theater screen while eating. The games are pretty neat and are not solely focused on younger kids. I’ve had a few bday parties here.

What a waste of a two hour drive. If your going to close your place to the public until 2PM, might want to go full reservations from here on out. You all just ticked off a bunch of customers. I lost count at how many left your place and went to Chucky Cheese instead. Go Chucky!!! I would strongly advise customers to call them first. I know I won’t be wasting another trip there. It’s not worth the kids disappointment again!!!

For a kid place like this, I thought it was very clean and the food was pretty good. There was something for every kid in our group from tacos to pizza and many other selections. It’s quite loud with the rides but they have a lot of fun options to stay busy and their prices are reasonable. I like that tiny town is off in a quieter section for the smaller ones. Also impressed with the staff… can’t be easy with crazy kids and crazy parents but they were all really great!

A kids paradise… A parent’s HELL! Seriously. So freaking germy I can’t help but what to wash my entire body when I get home. The food is alright I guess. A little bit of everything could not always be a good thing. Means you aren’t really doing anything super well. Hot dogs… meets… pizza… meets. Chinese food? Uhhh… nah. I suppose that if you want to entertain your crazy kids for a few hours and feed them that’s less work for you and you have only spent a small fortune. Well played IPC.

This place seems to have gone downhill quite significantly over the years. The food quality was quite poor. It had a feeling of being dirty this time. The booth we sat at was icky and just had a yucky feel to it. The pizza wasn’t tasty, the pizza selection was poor. The price was far too expensive for what we got. My children had fun on the games but for $ 30+ for their game cards, we could have gone to an amusement park. It was a disappointment. :-(

Let me start by saying I hate this place. But that’s only because I am over the age of 12. I rate this place so high because my daughter loves it and it’s very family friendly. The pizza is edible and they do gave some variety in their food. They play classic tv programs on large screens in various rooms. I got to explain the concept of Gilligans Isle to a Chinese man who had never seen it before. Writing that made me reconsider giving this place 5 stars…

This place is good for a fun time. It is crowded and could use more seats. I think the food quality is good, but they shouldn’t have adults having to drink out of little child cups. I will cost you some $$$, but probably worth it.

Found out late last night that a group of 20 friends was going here for lunch today. Today is the birthday of one friend attending so I wanted to surprise him with a birthday cake, or slice, or a surprise song sung by one of the employees or by paying my friend’s tab. Incredible Pizza was unable to accommodate any of my requests. I am in another state or I would have attended this monthly luncheon. I began calling at 10:30 am, but only reached the call center, who had to call the Tulsa location, who wasn’t answering the phone. There is no direct number unless you are planning a group event. Jessica, in the group dept., called me back and said they had no cake and that my friend already paid so they would have to give a refund. She said she would call me back but didn’t. After my friends had been there over an hour I called her again and she said no one had time to even sing happy birthday, as they were short of help, people called off sick, only one cashier, etc. No one but me knew it was my friend’s birthday,(70), so it would have been fun for the whole group and special for my friend, if someone at Incredible Pizza had just made a little effort.

Pros: Came for a kid’s birthday party. If I was a kid, I’d love to have my birthday party here. I’m not. I’m an adult woman who found this place to be a headache inducing Vegas for children. Needless to say, my stepkids loved it. They drove racecars, played glow in the dark mini golf, played violent shoot em up games, and rode rides. There were plenty of other things to do, but all the adults got tired and convinced the kids it was time to go home. Cons:the food, the noise, the bright lights, and the prices for items/games.

What a great time! The food wasn’t really all that great in my opinion but kids would probably love it. This is a great place to take your family or to go on a date.

It’s ALWAYS crowded. Granted, it’s with good reason. There’s so much to do there. Attractions include bumper cars(kind of a small area), laser tag(usually a long line), go-kart races(younger/shorter kids can ride alone in slow mode), and glow-in-the-dark mini golf(actually pretty challenging). There are a ton of video games you can play for points and prizes you can buy with those points. There’s a section for little kids with small carnival-like rides. And of course there’s the buffet, consisting mainly of pizza but also with some southern selections(macaroni and cheese, biscuits and gravy, etc.), a taco/salad bar, and some seriously delicious desserts. The newest attraction is the coolest and best, though. It’s called Springtown, and it’s wall to wall trampolines. There’s an area where you can play dodgeball, one where you can dunk like an NBA all-star, and one where you can practice jumps into a foam pit. It was the first thing my daughter went to and the thing she liked the most. The negatives: There’s barely enough tables and chairs to meet capacity, and they don’t do a good job of cleaning well or quickly the tables that people do leave. Cleanliness overall doesn’t seem to be a priority, which is disconcerting around the food and in the restrooms. The staff range from clueless teenagers who don’t have any sense of customer service to clueless adults who… don’t have any sense of customer service. Basically, once you get through the front entrance cashier consider yourself on your own. Everyone else does. It’s pretty much a free-for-all. It isn’t a horrible place to waste a day. And you will waste a day; the place is like a casino in Vegas, where money and time go to die. But your kids will have fun even if your wallet gets hurt.

Great place to bring kiddos 2−16ish. They have a nice buffet and cool games that earn points. They also offer laser tag, mini golf, go carts and bumper cars as well as an indoor trampoline park.

I haven’t been with my children in almost 6 years and went again today to remember why it’s been so long. The place is probably very close to at or over capacity on the weekends and it’s very expensive for subpar food and service. For my young child and me, we couldn’t get in the door without paying for buffet and drink, which cost roughly $ 20. Then in order to participate in Spring Town that was another $ 17ish, just to wait 30 minutes to get in and only get 30 minutes to jump around. Plus the price you want to pay for any arcade games. Upon exiting, there is no security check like there is at other children’s arcade places. As packed as it is and as easily as kids can get separated from their parents(saw 5 instances today alone), anyone could’ve walked out with my child. Needless to say, it’ll probably be another 6 years before I’m back again.

My wife and I really like to go here when it’s middle of the week and all the kids are in school, so we can have the run of the land :) The food is what you would expect, buffet pizza similar to cici’s. They do have a few other options like tacos, chili pie, chicken pot pie, etc… but lets face it, this place is about entertainment! Our favorite room is the movie theater room. They usually have old school movies playing, and it’s one of the more calm rooms to dine in. During our last visit, we were bumbed to see they took out bowling and put in a trampoline room, which you have to pay for separately from incredible pizza attractions. Laser Tag is a total blast, mini golf is fun, of course, and they have go carts, bumper cars and all the latest arcade games. Oh! one last side note, the ice cream here is exceptional for buffet ice cream.

Incredible Pizza may not be incredible, but it really is a lot of fun. Growing up, I always went to The Fun House, which was run out of business by Incredible Pizza. As far as arcades go, The Fun House was infinitely better.(I had a large bank of tickets there for which I had not yet spent, but lost them when they went out of business. Unfortunately, they were not FDIC insured.) Incredible Pizza has a 1950s theme, which may misrepresent what the 1950s were really like, but is appropriate for all ages and ties everything together. There is the drive-in theater, cafeteria, gymnasium, lockers, etc. The food is actually pretty good. It’s a buffet with lots of children running around it, but the pizza is similar to that of Cici’s, but with lots of other options, such as mac and cheese, soups, tacos, and more. They have a good salad bar for those who don’t want to binge on junk food. The desserts are excellent and plentiful: there are pies, ice cream, and cookies, just to name a few. The arcade is pretty limited, and many of the games are broken. Be prepared to give away some cash, because the machines will take your money and not work. Still, there is a lot of arcade fun to be had, with both traditional and contemporary options available. Other attractions include a room with trampolines, go-kart racing, a mini-golf course, and bumper cars. We tried all but the trampolines. The mini-golf is a 9-hole course with a Route 66 theme. The bumper cars are fun, but it’s a very small area; if you’ve done bumper cars at an amusement park, it’s not quite the same. The go-karts are really awesome! They can really get going — they’re very fun to race but unfortunately you can’t really pass each other since it’s such a short course and they all go essentially the same speed. Overall, Incredible Pizza is a pretty fun place. This would be a great place to bring kids, but even adults can have a really good time.

Oh, man. Saturdays = birthday party day. Lines to get in took slightly longer(mostly due to 1 mom who didn’t know what the heck was going on). We had a LivingSocial deal, which they STILL hadn’t built into their system. A manager/higher up had to come and help — she was not pleasant. Food was still the same as before. While we were playing games, a whole section of the arcade lost power. Ghetto. But the employees were nice and gave us credit back on our card. Overall, the place wasn’t as horribly crowded at the buffet area or the arcade(even with the literally 8 birthday parties going on). Still… if you hate kids, don’t go on Saturdays.

I’ve gone a few times with my husband on a date(one time was during an ice storm and they were the only place open — had the entire place to ourselves!). We’ve been here with friends and their kids. What i’m getting at is it doesn’t matter if you have kids or not, you’re probably going to have a good time. The pizza isn’t the best, and they only have like 3 flavors(pepperoni, cheese, and 3 meat), but who really goes there for the food anyway lol. There are other options food wise if you have a picky kiddo/adult: they have a salad bar(which is clean, unlike the salad bar at Chuck E Cheese), baked potatoes, nacho/taco bar, pasta, chicken nuggets… basically there’s something for everyone but the overall food quality is just ok. I like that they put your tokens and tickets on a card — much easier to keep up with! It can get a little pricey, but that’s just something you expect coming here. They have deals for birthday parties that include a private room and tokens for all of your guests, but i’m sure there’s a cheaper way to do a birthday there and sit in one of the fun themed rooms. My favorite room is the«drive-in»! I’ve never sat in the«gymnasium» but it would be super fun for a basketball themed birthday party. The«diner» is cute, and the«family room» has potential to be cute but overall I wasn’t impressed with this room’s theming. If you get the dining and games package that includes the 3 extras(bowling, putt-putt, go-karts, bumper cars), know that you don’t have to use them all that day. They roll over on your card according to a worker, which is awesome if you’re there with little kids and they’re too small to enjoy those activities or it’s too close to nap time and you gotta leave. One last thing, I think it’s crappy you are required to purchase a drink. It doesn’t come included with your buffet price, and even if you just get water you’re still paying for a drink.

I went there with some family today for the first time. The food met my expectations. It wasn’t great, but I wasn’t expecting much from this type of establishment. We had a difficult time bowling. The first lane we were assigned, the bowling balls weren’t returning. They switched us to another, which was missing a bowling pin. We were then moved to a third lane, which worked for the most part, but an employee still had to go manually reset the pins once. All of this made it difficult to enjoy the single game we bowled. I was expecting to be offered a refund for that game because of all the issues, but that never happened. I also had another issue with one of the ticket games. I took 8 spins at $ 2.00 a piece on the Big Bass Wheel. The points I won were not credited to my account. I go over to the information desk, and I am only given 100 points. I wasn’t keeping track of how many points I should have accumulated, but with the values you win on each spin, it was definitely more than 100. Based on the above issues, I do not plan on returning.
