Have used Fleming’s as my go-to shoe store for about 5 years now. They carry a wonderful, fully foot-supportive selection of shoes, from casual to formal. I have purchased sandals, house shoes, gortex-lined hiking shoes and boots, and always been wholly satisfied with the service/fitting/quality of product. They take the time to ensure you get the right product for your needs!

OK– Here’s the straight up on this place: I respect the fact that they seem to have some level of knowledge with regards to fitting people with foot problems(Note, I said ‘some’, not necessarily ‘a lot’); however, I have to question the integrity of the owners. What shoe store avoids putting any prices on their displayed shoes? Answer: One that is going to charge you $ 30 – 40ABOVERETAIL if they can get away with it. Seriously, be very careful if you shop here. Granted you may get a bit higher level of personal service than you would at a big– box store, but you’re going to pay a premium for shoes that, more often than not, are older styles that will be on sale most everywhere else. I found the shoes they sold me for $ 169.00 on closeout sale at another local store for $ 112.00 and online for $ 89. But what’s worse is that the manufacturers suggested retail price for the shoe was only $ 135. When I called the store, I was assured the price I paid was correct. Now I’m a believer in the ‘Free Enterprise’ system and there’s no law against a retailer over-charging for their products; however, I don’t like being deceived and lied to, and I especially don’t like being taken advantage of when I’m shopping in good faith at a store that holds itself up as an honest business.
