Very frustrated with this place. I brought my own laptop so I could plug in and print from one of the many printers (or even print from a wireless printer) and I was told that was «not possible» because they didn’t have the capability of printing from my laptop. They suggested I email my documents to them and they would print it for me. I did that. The problem was one of the documents was not in a format they recognized. So I tried using one of their computers, thinking I could go directly to the document and print it from there, but none of the computers were working. The one computer that was working, a little kid was playing games on it and there were other customers lining up to access this computer. It was ridiculous. If you have customers waiting to utilize your equipment, on top of the fact that most of your computers don’t work, then for the love of gawd, don’t let little toddlers play on the only working one available. I ended up emailing a document to a friend and they printed it for me. Unfortunately, I had to return to this awful store and get multiple copies made of my documents. It took forever. There were only 2 employees. I ask if they could email the documents to me and was told again, they did not have the capability of scanning and emailing documents. At this point, I was just ready to get out of there. After another 30 minutes, I finally got the documents printed/​copied. I get everything back to me and it’s not even in the order I gave it to him. I had to spend another 30 minutes just re-​organizing and grouping all my documents.
This place definitely makes you jump through hoops to get anything accomplished. I think they should step into the year 2014, having working AND available computers to customers, be able to scan/​email documents and stop producing shoddy work. Keep documents organized. Return documents to the customer the way they were given. I will never utilize this store again.

Love this location… quiet and open ²⁴⁄₇ Oyeah! Better believe I’m going to come here… not sure if others are opened ²⁴⁄₇ but I do know that this one had a really nice employee and is very convenient.
The store was very clean and well stocked.
