Extended Stay America – Tulsa – Central

This hotel was much better than what we expected. Priceline only gave it 1 star, but I feel as if 2.5 stars would be more fitting. It was clean, the service was friendly and accommodating, and the price was great.

Bed was comfy, room was clean. Noise level was about what you would expect in a hotel that is next to a highway. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The outside of the hotel could use a good deep cleaning. I would not have a problem with staying here again.

So manager (I’m assuming) refuses to let anyone check in until 3, unlike most hotels who would give rooms as they come available. The excuse was they are extended stay but we just checked in a huge extended stay 3 hours early, hmmm… She seems way to serious to be dealing with guests which threw me off but ok. Finally check in and the room is nothing like the room she showed me (go figure). Instead of wood floors this one had old outdated carpet, and everything else was just old and outdated which I can deal with. The outside, lobby, and laundry is updated but don’t let it fool you. The icing on the cake was all the noise from above and beside us I’m assuming. I kept waking up hearing conversations, stomping around, and slamming doors. Needless to say we checked out the next morning.
