Ordered 3 burgers, 1 was completely wrong and all were way to salty. Fries were way to salty as well. We had to throw our food out, it was awful. The customer service was friendly so that’s why I gave 2 stars.

If you want employees who hate there job and have zero care for customer service then this is your place. They love to keep you at the drive thru window for at least a few mins before even acknowledging your presents. Then they will answer the window with an attitude to insure that you will recover the worst customer service they can possible give you. And wait, there is more… they will roll there eyes in front of other employees/customers when a customer is making special request on there food. So if you want a restaurant that will most likely be in debt because there is no way this place makes a profit, then this is the burger place for you. PS I wrote this while waiting in the drive thru because they took so long…

When pondering what to grab for a quick dinner Burger Street quickly came to mind as I drive past the location often. If you are in the mood for a burger there are plenty of Burger Street restaurants across Tulsa. Aside from the ease of locating a nearby Burger Street the price was also good. There are also lots of different food options so if you are coming with a large group everyone will find something they enjoy on the menu. The employees are also nice and were patient as we perused the menu. The burgers were good but I wouldn’t consider them the best fast food burgers. I was really excited about curly fries but was disappointed at how salty they were and was unable to finish eating more than a couple. The onion rings weren’t very good either but most fast food onion rings just don’t stack up to my favorites at Sonic Drive-In. I’m glad I went if only to satiate my curiosity but I probably won’t be going back.

Burger cravings are few and far between for me. Burger Street provided a quick fix with 2 drive through lanes available. The burger and fries were more on the three star side, but the price didn’t match the food. For $ 15, I got 2 burgers, 2 fries and one small pop. With the amount of food received, I felt like I overpaid.(The order was for 2, not just me ;)) The menu is pretty extensive and they do have ranch for dipping but I likely won’t go down burger street again.

Given the fact that Burger Street is a fast food joint, establishes it’s quality will inherently less than a Steakhouse or Pub Burger. Therefore, I knew what I was getting into. I didn’t know what to expect, because I’ve consistently looked down on the establishment based off it’s unappealing aesthetics. However, I’m always down to try something new, and today was the day I’d give Burger Street a shot. I ordered the Bacon Bacon Burger combo, as there are limited options. I’m not a big fan of fast food(especially fast food burgers), but I was happy to find that this burger was surprisingly good. It wasn’t great, but it definitely was better than other places(ie. Braum’s, Sonic, McD’s, etc.). For a fast food joint, this burger is one of the better one’s I’ve had. Plus, the fries are delicious! It’s worth it to drive past other burger joints to reach this one!

Burger Street’s burgers I would describe as just a good ol’ american burger. Great taste but nothing uniquely special. The price is average, you could easily eat for $ 6. If you are thinking about sonic, just drive down the street to Burger Street. You’ll be glad you did.
