What a terrible place.. lots of employee’s but only two working… the cook and a new girl over in the food section. Seriously way to busy for everyone to be standing around talking while the other 2 work. Place was dirty… after 3 pepper shakers we gave up all laden with crude. Racks of bread next to us in the dining area is ridiculous. Manager came out and spit in the trashcan– that was awesome to see while I’m eating!

People working here nice but not very smart. Invariably something will be wrong on my order whether it’s a shake only or a meal. This place is right by my work so sometimes when I don’t have much time for lunch I’ll go here for a quick bite. Usually the wait is pretty short but it should be since there aren’t many people in there at any given time. The food is average at best but the screw-ups make it below average. Braums has changed a lot since I was a kid. Back then it was a pretty good place to go for food and ice cream, but now that it’s practically a grocery store it’s not nearly as good.
