Not only is the sushi at this place delicious, but the service was some of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was attentive, respectful, and more than willing to answer all of our questions. Definitely planning to make this restaurant one of our regulars!

My experience at this restaurant was so great that I got this app just to give this place a good review! The sushi was great, I got to try their fancy boat which was sort of a sampler. Our waiter was very kind and took time to actually conversate with us about the items we ordered. They also had some pretty nice ambient music playing in the background. This restaurant just felt good overall. Another thing that was great and thats essential to any great place was their bathrooms.

The service was outstanding right as we walked in the door. Our server was the owner of the place and he was willing to answer all of our questions. The meal it’s self was outstanding I got the fried California roll and my boyfriend got the fried Golden Tiger. We were given multiple options for sauces. It was delicious. The restaurant is very cozy and small but is nicely set up. We will definitely be coming back here again.

This place is amazing! Our favorite so far is The Fantastic Roll. We have tried other rolls but we end up ordering more Fantastic Rolls all the time. The staff is great. Place is small but we love it because it means less people so it’s more intimate.

The service at this restaurant is far beyond exceptional. My boyfriend and I were looking for a good sushi place to have sort of a late dinner at(we were coming from a basketball game in Delano). I was afraid that the workers would feel indifferent towards us since we showed up with just about 30 minutes before closing, but as soon as we walked into the restaurant we were given the humblest greeting not only from the waitress, but also the owner and his wife. The food was great, it is a little pricey if you’re use to the half off sushi rolls in larger cities, but it is worth every bit of tranquility and deliciousness. As my boyfriend and I were enjoying our tasty rolls, there’s was something spectacular and very inspiring to see. The owner and his wife(I believe it’s his wife) were having dinner, when one of their employees made his way to their table eager to talk about something. As the conversation proceeded, it was quite obvious that this restaurant is far more than a one way relationship between employer and employees. The owner was giving his employee heart-to-heart advice and encouragement about life outside of the workplace. It was truly a beautiful thing to observe. I always appreciate places like this where respect and passion really come full circle. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the best sushi experiences I have ever had! Great food and Greg(Owner and Chef) is exceptional! Do yourself a favor and find this place. UPDATE: I came back three months later with my wife and 10y.o. son. Fire Cracker Roll to start then White Tuna, Yellowtail, Yellowtail Belly and Red Crab Sushi. Ana couldn’t believe it was even better than I had been telling her it would be. Matthew had the Miso Noodles and couldn’t be happier. My favorite sushi spot in Central California has now become a family hot spot for any future road trips!

Went here based on reviews. It was a Friday night, 8pm, packed. Had spicy tuna roll, jalapeño poppers with tuna and cream cheese. Both items were so fishy that I couldn’t finish one bite. Yaki soba noodles were more like ramen noodles and too much coriander. Service was great but food wasn’t.

The food was fresh and really good! A little pricey but the food was definitely worth it! Could use a little more seating and space.

I was doing some work in the shopping center and thought I’d stop in real quick and grab a bite to eat before I had to get back to work. The waiter asked if I would like to sit at the sushi bar and I said no I want a table. He said they only have tables for four and wouldn’t seat me, so I just said thank you and I turned around and walked out. I was told by a restaurant owner in the past that every Customer counts that you don’t want to lose a customer. I won’t be back.

The Udon Noodle soup with chicken was delicious. I added chili paste to the broth and it took it to a whole other level. I could hardly keep myself from using a straw to drain it in one gulp. I also had the Korean noodles. It wasn’t good, was plain tasting with little to no seasoning, really disappointed with that. Service was adequate. Was the only customer in at the time for lunch which I thought was odd. The service wasn’t great or bad because the two servers were trying to balance between being overzealous with serving and leaving me be. 2.5 stars out of 5

Heading down from Fresno back home, this was the highest rated sushi place off the 99. And we are certainly glad we stopped. Customer service was excellent. They were friendly, prompt, and helped us with our orders right away. Food Quality is top notch. Excellent sushi rolls! We had the spicy tuna, crunch, spider roll, dragon, and a couple others. It was all very tasty. We had a great time having lunch here!

I went there with my 2 daughters after a game in Tulare. we were all starving and ordered chicken Udon, Miso Soup, Eel Roll cut, California Roll cut and 8 Potstickers. I ordered us all ice water after a hot day being outside all morning… and being cheap, cutting costs, lol. The Miso Soup came first and my older daughter stared at me while I slurped up the broth to ease my hunger. The California Roll then Eel Roll came next for my younger daughter and myself to eat but had to share with the older one since her soup hadn’t come in yet. By the time her soup came, we had finished the sushi, and it felt awkward to sit there while one person was the only one eating. We were still a little hungry so I ordered 8 Potstickers. When they came, we shared that too and the Chicken Udon was finished. I LOVED my Eel Sushi but wished the serving was a tiny bit more or larger for $ 8. The $ 2 Miso Soup hit the spot. The Potstickers were alright, and a bit too oily for me(fried). I’m usually never impressed by any California Roll but tried it anyways… it was ok as usual. I spent about $ 36.00 for our lunch, not bad.

Good sushi, small building and bad service. The reviews were a little exaggerated and seems to be everyone raves about the experience, service and food but I differ on it and going to throw my two cents on it. The place is lovely, with the dark color ambience and subtle lighting and it was clean. Service was going to be a problem once we came into the door, we weren’t greeted nicely and sorta got bad vibes. Like usual I got the, «hurry up and buy type» of waitress and I ask what’s good on the menu and I receive a answer of, «I don’t know. Everything should be». That is not an answer and right way to give to a customer. Anyways I ordered a Fried Roll and for my daughter I asked for a Fried Rice bowl but was told we don’t have any. Now that threw me off, they must have tons of white rice and veggies on the kitchen and they could of fried some with teriyaki, spices and soy sauce and call it a night. They offered me to get the Chicken Rice Bowl which surprised me is everything like fried rice without the frying. The cooks must me very lazy and showed me everything I needed to know about the business. The rolls were good and the food was good but no way I received a four-five star restaurant in my book. I rate this place 2.5 for service.

Customer service was great, ambiance was cool laid back, décor simple wooden black and red chop sticks were a nice touch. My sushi was okay nothing to rave about I had the spicy tuna which was kind of bland so I took some sauce off my crab and shrimp roll to give it some flavor. Crab and shrimp roll was okay as well, it may have been the rice I wasnt crazy about. Prices for rolls ranged about $ 6-$ 15 depending on what you order. Not bad would check them out again when in town.
