Ravinder was very sloppy when making my sandwich. Good portion of spinach is appreciated. But people don’t usually like more onion than green pepper, FYI.

Is it ok if I do a short review? I feel that for a Subway, you get what you get in any subway: a basic decent sandwich for a basic decent price :) This Subway compared to others I’ve been to, though I’d say is on the lower end of Subways – if there is one. It seemed quite empty and the veggie trays seemed sparse, but it was clean enough and the sandwich tasted as expected. The service was not great, but not horrible– kind of expected, though I suppose the guy could have made a bit more effort to be friendly. Sufficient to get your basic Subway sandwich and go. A little below average if you want friendly service and best Subway experience ever.

Why so many bad reviews? I thought it was alright I came here during my recent stay in Seattle because it was near the highway and the airport. Yes, the old ladies working here may not be the nicest or the most social of all people, but when you live in a city where it is gloomy for a large portion of the year, I have a little sympathy. But then again, I am from California, and people are not the nicest there and I learned how to take rudeness and arrogance. Anyway, the old ladies here made my sandwich with no problem. The cleanliness here was average, and the seating here is decent not clustered. Would I return here? Yes.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Now I see most reviews are terrible … it makes one wonder why Subway hasn’t pulled their franchise. The lady put skimpy quantities of toppings for every one I asked for. She and her companion were both total grouches. Subway management must not pay any attention to the customer responses they get. I submitted similar comments to tell .

I’ve never written a review before but Wow! Worst service I’ve ever received. The woman behind the counter had a horrible attitude! She barely put anything on my sandwich and when I asked for more toppings she acted as if I had a mental disorder. I mean come on I would like more then 5 pickles! She didn’t even hand me my sandwich when she was finished i had to reach across the counter to get it. I’ll never go back.

Seriously you call this a subway? The employees cut corners during the sandwich making process. The employee did not smile the whole time. Glared at me for asking for extra napkins. I love subway. Just not this one. Never coming back here ever again.

Every time I have gone to this subway I have been displeased with my experience. I can never understand what the employees are saying because they talk so quiet and barely speak English. On top of that, they don’t know their own company’s advertisements. I asked for the $ 4 lunch(which is clearly posted on the glass in front of me) and they had no idea what i was talking about. The guy in front of me in line even tried to re-explain what I was asking. It’s disappointing because I work down the street and only reason I go in is because I like eating subway sandwiches.

Two pizzas(same type, different toppings), one sandwich, some cookies and a soda. Everything was made right, and the store(behind AND in front of the counter) looked really clean. That’s the positive. Negative is that the service, even allowing for an indecisive family ahead of me, was SLOOOOOOOW. Super slow. Partly because there was only one employee there, but he was ambling through things. I missed part of his conversation with another customer but I didn’t miss him commenting that hey, he’s paid hourly. I don’t know if he meant to suggest he doesn’t need to rush but(waiting for him to come TAKE my order as I was at the time) I surely took it that way. The other negative is not having basic stuff out. Like napkins. I went up to ask for some when we realized there were none out. Since there’s only one employee, and he was gloved and making a sandwich, I had to wait until he finished that and was ready to ring them up. If I hadn’t had a one-year-old and a four-year-old at my table, the latter eating pizza, I would have given up on the napkins and just tried to eat neatly. Asking them to do so would be a bit much though, so I waited it out and got the napkins.

We couldn’t understand the man behind the counter. He wouldn’t honor the ‘deal of the day 6 inch for $ 2.99 because we ordered turkey. Apparently you had to order turkey AND ham to get the deal. Whatever. we won’t be back! Super rude customer service!”

The employees were rude and seemed to care less if I did business with them or not. Sandwich was sloppily made, and poorly wrapped so that the sandwich fell apart when transported. I will never go back to this Subway, or possibly any other Subway, because sadly this seems to be the norm at any Subway I have been to recently. Very sad to me, it used to be fun and satisfying to get lunch at Subway. Owners and managers should visit a Jimmy Johns, and take note of the differences.

A Subway is a Subway is a Subway. A few things bump individual locations up in my rankings, like having all day breakfast, the veggie patty, unsweetened iced tea, etc. Beyond that, it just comes down to service. On the road for work, I wanted a fast, reliable breakfast, saw the Subway sign, and pulled in. I’ll let the conversation speak for itself, so to speak. Me: «Hi! I’d like a 6-inch egg white and cheese on flatbread, please.» Subway Lady: «Bacon?» Me: «No, no bacon.» SL: «What kind of sandwich?» Me: «Egg white and cheese on flatbread.» SL: «What kind of bread?» Me: «Flatbread, 6-inch.» SL: «Six inch or foot long?» Me: «Six inch.» SL: «What kind of cheese?» Me: *Pleased with the fact that this Subway has cheddar slices.* «Cheddar.» SL: *Skips over cheddar slices and puts the shredded cheddar jack on instead. Oh, well. That was my second choice.* SL: *Puts lettuce on my post-oven sandwich.* «Lettuce?» Me: «No, no lettuce.» *Watch Subway Lady pick lettuce off of my sandwich, wondering who gets lettuce on an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Proceed with additional toppings at my request. «I’d like to do the $ 3 breakfast combo with the fountain drink.» *Pull out a 21-oz cup from the dispenser in front of me, ready for some iced tea.* SL: «No. Only coffee with $ 3 combo. No fountain drink.» Me: «The sign on the front door» *point to sign* «says ‘$ 3 breakfast combo, includes 16oz coffee or 21oz fountain drink.» SL: «No, only coffee with combo.» Me: «But it says right on the sign, on your front door, that I can get a fountain drink, and it shows a picture of a fountain drink next to the sandwich I just ordered.» SL: *Looks angry, gets someone else from the back. They frustratedly converse, punching things into the register for an extended period of time. My sandwich is getting cold.* Me: «Can you just ring it as a coffee since it’s the same price?» *Wonder if they really inventory the cups so closely that it’s necessary for my sandwich to get cold while trying to figure this out.* SL: *Ignores my comment, continues pounding at the register for several minutes while I sit down and my sandwich gets cold. Finally gives me my total.* Way too much aggravation for a cold breakfast sandwich.

First off, my sandwich was really good. The guy making it really likes to toast your bread the guy ahead of me had to stop him before his was toasted. the guy took my order with my mumbling voice with ease and wasn’t stingy with the veggies which was nice. He had no attitude and was nice. My only cons are now I have to air out my clothes so I don’t smell like subway for the rest of the day. I wish all subways had better vents or figured something out so everyone doesn’t know what i just ate for a couple hours from the smell on my clothes.

So what do you rate a Subway on? Speed, friendliness of employees, & getting your food made right the first time. This is an average subway at best. The employees don’t seem to really care about their job, but me being me, I don’t care if they hate their jobs either. I just want my foot long so I can get on with whatever I’m doing. Again their speed is fairly average, sometimes even slow. The prices get high if you order chips & a drink with your sub sandwich. The place is a decent size not cramped, & kept clean. However customer service, customer service people. And this subway sure needs to make improvements in that area.

This Subway was okay, not great. The staff hardly spoke to me, I had to ask multiple times for additional toppings, and the prices were higher than other Subways in the area. Perhaps it was because this one is right about across the street from Southcenter? Regardless, I doubt I will be coming back to this location because I can buy the same sub for nearly a dollar cheaper over in Renton.

I hate to be mean in this review but something has to be done with the customer service at this Subway. I’ve been here numerous times because of the location(near all the shopping areas) and each time not one friendly face. It’s not that they are mean. They just don’t seem to care. I decided to write this review today because I ordered their chicken soup to go with my sandwich and it tasted OLD. Wasn’t warm, chicken tasted weird… was just off… With the bad soup and the not so friendly service… I’m not sure I’d want to go back to this subway…

1. Poor customer service wouldn’t accept our Entertainment coupon! 2. They will think you are on a lettuce only diet, No sandwich fixins for you! 3. Need to clean tables, walls, and bathrooms. 4. Bread is not bread, it is a large croûton that will make your gums and mouth bleed!

I’ve only been to this subway twice. Both times I was helped by people who looked like they freakin hated their job and wished they could jump across the glass barrier and throttle my neck for stepping foot into the place and making them do their job. Sorry! Sheesh. I’ll stop being hungry next time I swear! What I don’t get about ANY of the subway is WHY, God WHY?@!!! do they make that glass barrier so damn high?!? Like they already have a hard time hearing me because their fan is on so high plus their oven is baking shit, and that plus the fact that I only speak loud when I am mad. I didn’t think it woulda been very polite if I started shouting at them to make my sandwich. Like have they not thought about short people? Like maybe short people will have a hard time getting heard THROUGH glass that comes up taller than them?!? I suppose they envision Subway as a place for the employee and short customers to yell at each other: shrugs: Whatever though, at the end of the day, I just want my $ 5 sandwich, I don’t really care what you put on it, it’s only five bucks. And I really don’t want the disgruntled employees coming after me. They seriously look ready to beat you down w/one of their footlong breads.
