This is an average Starbucks doing all the things that you’d expect to find any other Starbucks doing. It’s not good. It’s not bad. It’s just Starbucks.

Usually I don’t write reviews for chain stores unless it’s a bad experience. First off, service was great and all that. No complaints. I am writing this review because this store seems to be very friendly to the homeless. There were a couple homeless people inside minding their business. One knew the staff by name. Too often places have locks on the bathrooms or do not allow someone to hang out inside if they have not bought anything. It’s a cold drizzly day today and it’s great that the staff here seem to care enough about the community to allow people to come inside to warm up for a bit and use the«non locked» facilities. I’m not sure if it’s a norm here as this is my first time visiting this location but kudos to the staff and management.

The coffee here was rather unpleasant. It was tart and for getting the same drink every time this is gross. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this Starbucks any time soon

It’s a normal Starbucks but with the bookstore attached! That’s a good thing because I could never use my rewards card at Starbucks inside Barnes and Noble. But this one is attached to the bookstore and not the one that’s operated by the bookstore. They don’t have cheesecake like the ones owned by Barnes and Noble, but this is the normal Starbucks so you get everything including the rewards. The cashier was super nice. Game stop is also attached to the bookstore so it’s a good location.

Super nice people, but they don’t even start to make my mobile order until after I get there. Kind of defeats the whole purpose of pre-ordering.

I like that this is a well-located Starbucks that is open late. Everything is else is pretty ordinary.

Really sucks looking up Starbucks that are open late, making a special stop on a long drive and having their doors be locked at 9:15pm when their Unilocal page states 10pm.

Never been disappointed with this Starbucks. Love that it’s right behind my hotel and that it’s attached to a Barnes and Noble. Coffee, books… Nothing better. Oh wait, there’s a Total Wine next door! Fantastic!

I stopped by this Starbucks while I waited for things to open, after I drove a friend to the airport. There really isn’t a whole lot new to say about Starbucks in general… But, this location was clean, the people were very nice, and I got my latte fast.

I’ve only been here a couple times but the service here is always really fast. You would think with a line of people the drinks would take longer, but they usually are pretty persistant. Both times I went, the staff were nice but I’ve definitely had amazing service at other locations which is why in comparison, I didn’t rate higher. This location also seems to be a bit smaller than some of the Starbucks I’ve been to. Same ambiance and feel of course, just not as good of service as I could have received. I am a Starbucks fan. This location is convenient and clean. I’d say they provide standard service.

This Starbucks gets way too full. They really need to enlarge their store if they want to expand the customer base here and keep their high prices. Service was mediocre, although given the amount of people, I imagine it’s as best they could do. They also run out of certain foods pretty quick.

I love Starbucks, but I had to share my very first encounter with rudeness at Starbucks. I had tea and I asked for honey. The lady asked me how many packets I wanted and I said two. She threw them across the counter at me and walked away. It was very rude. I have never experienced an employee at SB who was anything less than sugar coated niceness! I was really shocked.

Frequently crowded. Not enough electrical outlets for all the computer users that come in. Baristas are hit and miss at getting the drinks right.

This Starbucks location seems like a Barnes & Noble add-on that everyone enjoys. The place is small and was packed at 11am. A few laptops utilizing WiFi here. Business meetings there. Friends that wanna sit on my lap. Then, an apparent SWF stalker approached me about Katy H whereabouts. What?! But at these moments, I just want to eat in peace. Customer service was perky. And they gave away vanilla cupcake samples. So I contemplated and enjoyed Starbucks with a hot breakfast muffin and cocoa.

I love coming here. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and the drinks always taste great. For the most part, other stores disappoint me for one reason or another and it’s certainly not like that here. I won’t even go to the one across the street. It’s always well worth the little drive from home(Renton) and would recommend this place to anyone.

Starbucks, always predictable and you always know what you’re getting because you always order the same thing, right? This Starbucks sits right next to the Barnes & Noble bookstore with doors opening right into the magazine section of B&N. Plenty of seating here with the usual laptop crowd. Baristas nice. Lots, I mean lots of shopping nearby at and around Southcenter mall. I’ve been stopping in here lately because I have an ongoing project nearby. No reason not to. Seems less crowded than the Starbucks on Strander Blvd.
