I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service of this store, even with the short amount of time that we were here. I love the clothing, and sometimes just sit there and drool over the myriad of items that must be in my closet right now! We were on a very specific mission this trip, looking for a phone case. A sales associate greeted us right when we walked in, she took the time to look up from the task she was doing. We were pointed in the right direction and then left to browse, I get really frustrated with employees hovering over our every move so it was a nice change. They didn’t have quite what we were looking for so we didn’t stay long. When we left both employees said goodbye to us and thanked us for coming. We felt seen and appreciated, even though we did not make a purchase. Overall an awesome experience.

Yeah, it’s not as large as other J. Crew locations, but the selection and stock of said merchandise is great. But, above all, the customer service is great. I was sent the wrong color of kitten heels and was so bummed that the original color I ordered was no longer available according to customer service. Micah,(I hope I am spelling that right!) went above and beyond and was able to locate a pair of the original shoes I ordered in Texas and had them shipped, sans shipping, to me. So excited to receive my mint-colored shoes for Spring!

This location is small and the selections are limited. The customer service could be better and have experienced better at other stores. When I was ready to check out, nobody was there at the register. I waited for quite some time but the employees were not too aware of their surroundings. It seemed they had tunnel vision going on, just focusing on their current task at hand — one was organizing clothes in the men’s section, the other getting sizes for another customer. When the employee that was helping another customer finally came back to the register, they did not acknowledge me or say«I’ll be with you in a moment», they continued on and left the register again to help with sizes. My wait was getting a bit longer than expected just to check out so I put everything down and left the store. I might understand if the store was large and not all customers might be seen but in a small store with the register in a central location and the ability to see the store end-to-end, it was definitely surprising. There were only 3 customers there at the time too.

I almost feel blasphemous giving J Crew a measly 3 stars… But, this location has a tiny men’s selection with no suiting at all. Women’s clothing seems to be 2⁄3 of the store. Wish I had realized that before.
