Charles Dawson was the first person we met in store. He showed us all our options and discussed in detail the pros and cons of each option. He was transparent about cost, warranty, pricing, and installation.
When we received our estimate, there were no surprises in costs. We ordered ½″ Natural Strand Woven Wide Plank Bamboo Flooring for $ 3.40 a Square Foot, in Comparison, Lumber Liquidator was $ 3.80 Square Foot for the Same Product.
3-​days after we purchased our flooring, their website showed a 10% off sale, we called the store and they honored the sale and took 10% off our flooring purchase!
We even came in under our budget, so we bought new baseboards to compliment our flooring as well. Overstock even gave us 10% off on our new baseboards.
After visiting several other flooring stores, Overstock has earned our business because of their honesty, professionalism and knowledge.

Overstock Flooring has some of the best prices on bamboo flooring that I could find in the Greater Seattle Area (and online). However, when I started my order with iFloors (the previously named business) in June 2014, I expected one set of stairs to be installed by the end of June as was scheduled. It’s the beginning of August, and I’m still waiting on the correct bamboo floors to be delivered, which is holding up installation.
I might be an outlier, but the business hasn’t taken any steps to help deal with the poor execution of the order installation. I’m particularly disappointed because of being home on two separate occasions days expecting for work to be done, but some issue on Overstock Flooring’s end leaves me waiting for «another day another time» for the job to be completed. I hope I can update this review with better comments on this company once (if at all) the job is completed later this month.
P. S. Keep a close eye on your payments made with this company. I was inadvertently charged for a canceled order back in June, which was filed as «closed» under Overstock Flooring’s accounting system.

Overstock flooring made our first large flooring purchase a breeze.
We found ourselves at their Tukwila showroom after doing some research and finding that Overstock (then iFloor, they’ve just changed their name) was one of the highest rated and most cost-​effective online flooring shops. At their showroom, we could see large samples of all of the laminate and bamboo flooring we were interested in purchasing, for free, and without waiting for samples in the mail. Charles was the first to help us out and send us home with some options to discuss and try out in our new house. Througout the process, he was incredibly helpful and professional. Every other member of the team was on top of things, as well. I will definitely be coming back if I find myself in need of any more flooring products!
