Was put on hold 1 hour yesterday and 45 minutes today because pharmacist does not check his voicemail. Doctor left voicemails. And 6 hours later they still don’t check them. SO INCOMPETENT. WORST PHARMACY EVER. WHO PUTS PEOPLE ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR?

Great help. Always happy to help patients with their medication. Almost always have what you need. If they don’t have it in stock, they do their best to find it for you.

The APN on duty, Karl Stempel misdiagnosed my leukemia as strep throat. He recommended against a throat culture in spite of the fact that I was not displaying definitive symptoms of strep throat. While the throat culture would not have demonstrated that I had leukemia, it would have proven that I did not have strep throat. Do not go here; they are not interested in treating you; they are only interested in getting you in and out the door so they can get paid.
They also misdiagnosed my wife’s condition; again, by failing to administer a standard test.
Finally, they promised my wife that they accepted our insurance. They did not, and we were billed. When I called to discuss, the bill, they blew me off and threatened to take me to collection.
MISDIAGNOSED MY CANCER; MISDIAGNOSED MY WIFE’S CONDITION; FRAUDULENT BILLING
WOW! Mark my words that I vow to NEVER RETURN to any Walgreens for the remainder of my life.

did you know the clinic has a wait time of 25 minutes per person ahead of you? and online website tell you theirs no wait for the clinic but when you get there, there’s a few people ahead of you.

Some of my medications are not always stocked by all locations of Walgreens including the 24 hr location. This store almost always has what I need in stock. I don’t know but maybe it is because they are across the street from the hospital. But I also find the employees here are super friendly unlike the 24 hr location where they seemed to be overworked or stressed out.
Also they have a lot of toys for the kids on close out every time I decide to go in and wait for a script. I’ve purchased some really cheap deals on decent toys for the grandkids.
