My shape was exactly as I wanted and the girls were very nice. My Mom and I go here faithfully. And it’s pretty quick.

Updating my review! after being here a few times, I have come to realize they do a fine job with «cleaning up» youre eyebrows. But dont come here expecting them to give your brows an entire new look. I asked the women if she can give me a stronger arch, and she looked at me weird and said «uhm I dont know. il try» but by the time she was done my eyebrows just looked cleaned up, no more strays. Which is fine I guess. Although when you go to a place that specializes in eyebrows. youd kind of guess theyd know how to shape them differently if requested. they don’t want to spend too much time on you is the thing. They want to get you in and out within 5 minutes.

I was kind of surprised,
But then, I always look surprised now because of these eyebrows.

Came in after reading good reviews and immediately was greeted by a technician who asked me what I needed. So far, so good! I told her I needed some clean up and shaping on my brows and she was done in under five minutes, which is typical anywhere else I’ve been. I didn’t have my contacts in yet because I get really teary eyed regardless of it being relatively painless (which the lady laughed at me for…) so I took a quick glance in the mirror and tipped her and left.
Got home, put my contacts in and I was pissed. Thankfully she didn’t butcher them, but there were SO MANY STRAY HAIRS it was like I never got them done at all. They also lacked any real shape. Incredible waste of money, and had I seen the horrible job she did I also wouldn’t have tipped as much as I regularly do.
When you do a good job, laugh away at my incredible sensitive eyes, but when you have me convinced that you must be just as blind as I am and let me walk out of there with THOSE brows, just put down the thread and back away…
Be warned. I wouldn’t go back if they paid me.

Once upon a time, I got my eyebrows butchered, by a technique we ladies tend to adore referred to as eyebrow waxing. Never again! I shall withhold the name of the business so as not to induce humiliation upon this friendly individual. You’re thinking, «Whoop dee doo, she messed up your eyebrows.» No, no, no, she removed ¹⁄₃ of my (ordinarily lengthy) eyebrow, one of them, which meant I had to modify the other and then settle for very un-​me short brows. Okay, my vain little vent is over.
I decided to divorce Dr. Eyebrow Waxing and to marry Dr. Eyebrow Threading. I don’t need amazing, feel good service when it comes to getting my eyebrows done. I need someone who is not going to eff them up. Those two little chickpeas are important to me. They are not to be taken for granted or experimented with again. I shall entrust their maintenance to only: the threaders.
Tucson Asian Eyebrow Threading has been good to me this past year. They do brows for $ 10 and upper lip for $ 7. They’re super efficient — you could go on your lunch break and get both done in under fifteen minutes. It doesn’t hurt as much as waxing, but what’s cool is that when the thread is still rolling on your skin and you don’t feel any pain at all, it means the hair is gone and your brows (or lip) are clean. I get a bizzarre satisfaction out of knowing the status of my unwanted hairs. They also have this snazzy little card that they will stamp on each visit to reward your tenth visit with a free eyebrow threading.
*Noob to threading? If at first it looks like she’s going to floss your teeth, and then it looks like she’s going to floss HER teeth. .. RUN!!! Just kidding, it means you’re in the right place.
