I called ahead to this location specifically to have my haircut cut by Myla because she had done a great job before and I was happy to tip her generously. I was told that the wait was approximately fifteen minutes. I arrived about ten minutes later to find Myla working on another customer, no problem. She then finishes with said customer and then walks right past me, the only customer waiting, out the front door apparently on her way to an a much needed break. I could’ve excused this behavior if only she would’ve explained the me what she was doing. I Immediately got up and walked away. Myla will not be getting my business in the future. And in my opinion, she shouldn’t be getting yours either. Avoid this location.

The staff’s personalities aren’t bad at all. But I don’t go to Supercuts for a chat, I go to get my hair cut. I just witnessed the worst haircut. In a mirror. And am seriously disappointed. Does the qualifications for a prospective employee hinge solely on how they talk to customers? Because otherwise, this place is terrible.

Well, I hate to complain about anything. But, in my line of work it happens Al the time. So it’s my turn. My wife, son, and I have been going to the Swan, and Sunrise Supercuts for years. The staff is always great. And, yes I have got some sub par hair cuts. But, after getting a bad one, and hearing it from friends, and family that I needed to go back in, and have her fix it, I finally had some time on my first day off to go in, and see if they would clean it up. The stylist that actually cut my hair was off, so I asked if they could just fix the blatant mistakes. Gabby, said that I would have to pay full price for another haircut, because I was past the 7 day grace period. It was only 5 days. And, I just think this was real, real weak, customer service. I am pretty confident that I am also one of the best tippers that come to this supercuts. Sorry to complain, but Gabby, be careful next time. You just cost your owner a loyal family of bi weekly haircuts. Never again will we go to any supercuts.

Worst place ever. Worst haircut for my husband in a long while. It was Sunday so they have that going for them. Sometimes you just need a haircut and can’t wait. The lady that did his cut seemed as though she would rather be anywhere else. Washed his hair after the cut and didn’t even bother to pass a comb through his hair, or clean all the hair from his neck. You can imagine how his hair looked after it dried. I mentioned to my husband that since he recently turned 60 he was now eligible for the senior discount. I think that did not sit well with the stylist. She was unpleasant, did not remotely care wether the«style»(for lack of a better word) was wanted. I know the initial price was low, only for the hair cut, but add $ 4.00 for washing and whatever they charge for blow dry and it is the same price as any nice higher end salon Now he will have to let it grow out. Don’t think we will be returning.

All this place has going for it is the courtesy of the staff… As far as I can tell. I’m moving out of state for a new, high paying job tomorrow… I wanted a nice cut and I’m not familiar with salons this area so I went on Unilocal and found this place. Five stars, awesome… Right? Not so much. I showed the stylist numerous photos of the same haircut on the SAMEPERSON and asked if it was doable with my hair. It was a simple undercut. I also said I liked the length on top and wanted to keep it… She said the cut would work and we got started. Well, about half way through I regretted it… My head looked like a mushroom and she was trying to trim my neck and call it a day. NOTOKAY. Honestly, it was almost as if she was blind it was that bad… Meanwhile I’m thinking to myself ‘what have I done??‘ I figured… Fine. I know it’s a hassle(and we were both a but frustrated at that point) but I looked like an idiot so I asked her to blend it with the sides a little more. As she was saying«I’m going to have to make the top short then…» She took the clippers and buzzed my hair. She didn’t even wait for my feedback or how short I would want to go. There was no going back… I let her«finish» the cut and wound up with an alfalfa style patch and asked her to fix it. She buzzed that too. ‘Okay, what ever,’ I thought. ‘Let’s just get the hell out of here…’ I wound up walking out with one side blended into the top and the other blended too high… It’s honestly the worst haircut I’ve EVER gotten. The whole haircut is uneven, front… Sides… All over. I know I’m moving, but I would not recommend this location for anything other than a simple buzz cut.

Heading on a vacation in the morning and the kids really needed a cut. It always a little dangerous to get a haircut right before taking important family photos! So I was very pleased with the care that Veronica took to do exactly what my boys wanted even tho it took extra time. The haircuts are entry level prices but the stylist all have extensive experience in the field

We came in to get my 6 year old daughter’s hair cut– We didn’t catch the name of the girl who cut her hair and I feel bad for not asking. But everyone was super friendly and made small talk with us while we were in there– including the other customes. The cut was perfect– my daughter was thrilled with the experience including all the talking she got to do as she was getting her hair cut! We will be back for her next cut.

I had some bad experiences at expensive salons in Tucson and I desperately needed a haircut so I decided to drop into Super Cuts on Swan and Sunrise for a cut. I decided they couldn’t possibly be any worse than what I’d already gotten. I knew exactly what I wanted which was pretty much to cut out all the stuff the previous stylist gave me. I was lucky enough to get Yolanda and she did everything I asked. She gave me an amazing cut. She was nice to talk to and very efficient. She didn’t waste a moment of my time. I can’t say what Yolanda is like if you don’t know what you want but if you know what you want, she’ll do it for you. And, you’ll pay a fraction of the price for a wash and cut than you will at any of the salons in Tucson. I will definitely be calling Super Cuts to see what day Yolanda is working the next time I need a hair cut. If you decide to go, the shop is hidden in the corner of the strip mall between the Einstein Bagel shop and the CVS. The front door is hidden by a tree. I’ve lived here for a year and only discovered it recently and accidentally.
