Starbucks

The service at this location is almost always poor. The employees hardly ever smile or say hello. The drinks are also bad quality unlike any other Starbucks location I go to. The iced caramel mochiatto always looks like it’s been sitting out for a while and the caramel is just sprinkled on top of the drink

It just like any other Starbucks really so not much to comment there. However, I came here on a Saturday or Sunday (can’t remember) and the line to order took 15 minutes. No joke, 15 minutes. By the time I got to the cash register to order, I ask her how long it would take to get a drink and she said about ²⁰⁄₃₀ minutes. I have no problem waiting for a good meal etc but waiting almost 40 minutes for coffee is absurd.
Not sure what they need to do to rectify this so it doesn’t happen again (hire more people? expand the space?) I don’t know, but waiting that long for a drink is quite ridiculous

My neighborhood Starbucks. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The beverages are always A+ quality served in a comfortable setting both inside and out. Pet board is cool and they have the cutest picture of a red tabby kitten on the board along with other cute pet pics. This is Starbucks quality done right!

Delicious every time… great service, clean store, fresh pastries… everything one expects from Starbucks.

This is a great Starbucks to visit. They have a beautiful patio to enjoy the spring weather. It’s typically busy but the wait is never bad. Watch out for annoying bicyclist that take over on Friday Saturday and Sunday mornings. Make sure to bring a photo of your dog to post on the community board.

Felt like a Vanilla Latte made the way I like it — and they delivered! The drink tasted fresh, not burnt. A trend I notice lately by Startbucks is to not fill the cup to full. This was perfect, quick, and one of the best Vanilla Latte’s I have had at any Starbucks. I highly recommend this store.

I’ve only been here a few times. The service is really great and it’s never been crowded, which I think is really awesome. The location is nice and it’s extremely clean.

I was thinking about where I could get a nice sandwich today and figured I would think about it over coffee. Stopped by my local Starbucks and, low and behold, they have updated their food as well as their snacks/​cakes. Well, updated is a bit weak since I just ate a turkey sandwich that had the kind of turkey you get from the day after thanksgiving. It was amazing, simple and delicious. The havarti cheese just put it over the top.
For those who enjoyed the snacks and cakes before, they have updated them but you can still find close matches to your favorites — except they are fresher and tastier.
Bravo Starbucks for moving forward.

Being a non-​coffee drinker I have no issues going to Starbucks with my friends. They seem to like the coffees and teas. I have been to several Starbucks in the past and the food has always been good, I was not impressed with the food here.
The service was very good and the people were friendly.

I always use this Starbucks for my coffee needs and always got great and friendly service but today just made me love why I go here. I brought in a drink from another Starbucks location that completely made it wrong and they happily fixed it for no charge! I know now that this location is the only location for me. Props to being only 5 minutes away too!

It is not the best coffee in town, but it sure is consistent. I love the fact that I can walk into any Starbucks in town and get something that I enjoy.
My drink of choice is a tall vanilla bean frappuccino with a shot of espresso, or a grande with two shots if I want a boost. Give it a shot, it is delicious!
Anyway, I like this location, check it out!

This starbucks is great! Not only is it next to one of my friends Chinese Restaraunt, but it is a great place to do homework. I love the soft, sink in sofa that could have you instantly out cold! It is also a great place with a great scenery if you wanted to look over the city since it is high in elevations going up towards the mountain.
The coffee here is also amazing, haven’t had a bad order yet! I will continue to come here to knock out my homework and enjoy some fantastic coffee!

one of my 2 favorite starbucks in Tucson! I love taking my kids here on our starbucks «date». The staff is super kid friendly and always happy and helpful. I love that they blend the naked juice for my kids too… so nice!

There was nothing incredibly significant about this particular Starbucks except that I really had great service. I chose a new drink-​I should know better-​I didn’t like it at all. The staff were happy to replace it, which really made my day. Thanks a million, definitely made me want to come back!

This is my favorite Starbucks in the foothills. It’s a great place to come and people watch. The employees here are always cheerful and nice. The coffee is consistent, and I’ve never had a bad cup here.
The Swan/​Sunrise Starbucks is just an all around friendly spot. Here you’ll find everyone from retirees to students. It has the flavor and ambiance of a true coffee house. In the afternoon, it’s a popular study spot for the high school crowd– which I think is great! At least they are studying…
The location at Skyline and Campbell is also nice, but in my opinion– the Swan and Sunrise Starbucks is the best Starbucks in the foothills.

What can I say? It’s a Starbucks after all. Not my first choice for coffee but pleasant to do some work in a comfy oversized chair with soft music in the background. I was there for 2 hours and it was crazy busy the entire time. Coffee was… Starbucks.

Open at 5 during the weekdays and 5:30 on the weekends. Closes at 8 pm. There are plenty of couch seats for reading or chatting and not that many tables if you have work. Their merchandise selection is large.
Everything is very attentive here but very leisurely. People order leisurely, people clear tables leisurely, etc. The employees always adjust the blinds depending on the type of day and are always checking stock and cleaning.
I love driving up Hacienda del Sol, looking at the houses, and enjoying the 45 mph drive back down Swan. Love looking at the Foothills too.

It’s great location and popularity is apparent from the constant line of customers, extending outside the doors. Although this causes a small wait, I am impressed by how quickly the baristas keep the line moving.
I ordered my usual coffee frap light. One star goes to the barista for asking me if my name was with or without an «h». I truly appreciate people asking about an «h» at the end of my name instead of spelling it incorrectly as Sara. Just a thing for me :)
My order came up quickly and I set off for home. I took my first sip of the cool, refreshing drink and… I tasted caramel. Instead of coffee frap light, I was given caramel frap light. This has happened to me several times before, which leads me to conclude that they need to adjust their system to stop confusing the two. Despite this setback, the drink was still prepared nicely. The perfect consistency and combination of ice and the flavored syrup. Too often have I received a frap that contained chunks of ice and with barely any syrup.
One star for their customer service. I generally do not like to complain, but since this mix up seems to happen often at Starbucks, I thought it may be helpful to give them a call. They were more than accommodating. They asked for my name, and informed me that they would replace my drink, free of charge, whenever I came in next.
