We promote arts and crafts shows. We went into this Staples to purchase a banner. They did not have the outdoor product so they had our banner made at a different staples location. When we picked it up it was not the outdoor fabric but the indoor fabric. The first time we placed the sign up — with no wind or other weather factors, the grommet pulled out of the sign. Later the sign actually ripped and fell apart. The store manager refused to give us a refund or adjust of any kind. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere — Office Max or wherever. This is bad business. The sign was $ 130 — and lasted less than 3 days.

Well this place is on the expensive side. I must say though that my first impression is really good … I ordered 200 business cards and they were printed and ready for pickup 1 hour later. Super fast and the employees were great… I would definitely of business with them again and make bigger orders after my first expression today…

When this store fist opened I went in looking for a planner and I was in heaven. Right away the staff was helpful and friendly. As I walked down each isle I found that I needed more and more supplies (not really), but I have an addiction to being organized with fashionable office supplies. I finally found the planner I wanted and also purchased some post-​its, pens, markers, extra pockets for the planner, color paper clips, and some colorful binder clips. All of these items were to customize the planner I picked out.
Cool catch is that when school season is coming up you can purchase a discount card to get a 15% discount on all your school supplies up until September.

Nice and shiny and new. I love office supplies and happened to be going into the Sunflower on River when I noticed that there was a new Staples. I walked in and felt the compulsion to buy office supplies, have I mentioned that I love them. Everything was incredibly organized, clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A desk calendar, several pens and pencils later, I walked out one happy customer.
