I’ve been twice now and thought the service was great. They made me feel comfortable and did a great job on my mani-​pedi. I also really liked the atmosphere — clean, attractive, and new.
The prices were also very reasonable. I’ll admit, though, I personally hate to pay more than $ 25 for a fairly basic pedi. Since I don’t have any real problem areas, I might start doing this myself. But it’s definitely worth it for a relaxing experience with your friends! And they have a frequent customer kind of deal, which will definitely be bringing me back.

Decided to try this new spot & was very disappointed! The tech I had was horrible! The pedicure was rushed & a little painful, the water in the soaking tub was scalding and I had to ask for me to put some cooler water in it. She was very frustrated when she was painting my nails and had to redo a few that she had messed up. When I got home I realized I had pink nail polish on the bottom of 3 of my toes. I don’t think that she didn’t care I just think she was inexperienced and nervous. Never going back again!

First time in to this nail salon today. I’m happy to say I was very pleased with my experience. The salon is clean and very spa-​like with light music in the background! Very relaxing! The people were very nice and professional as well. They also let you add a tip to your credit card which is nice because i can never manage to keep cash! Will be heading back in a few weeks for another pedicure!

With a wide array of nail salons to chose from in the Tucson community, I rarely return to the same salon unless they consistently offer great service. The ladies at Concept Nails did not disappoint, and I will surely return.
We were greeted with a welcoming smile and friendly demeanor from all the employees. My friend and I were quickly seated and given quality, relaxing pedicures. It was the friendliness of the staff that ensured my future return. They were genuinely interested in my friend and I’s well-​being and weren’t just speaking to us out of duty.
In addition, this establishment is new and very clean. That’s always a bonus!

I really don’t like to give a one star but this type of thing should never have happened. Stopped in here today for the first time. It’s a brand new salon in NW Tucson. Upon walking in there was a man sitting in the pedi chairs. He was on his phone and didn’t acknowledge us right away. The place was completely empty. He walked up to us and asked how he could help us. I said we needed to get a full set. He said he couldn’t help us today but offered to make an appointment for tomorrow. I looked around in disbelief because the place was empty and he was turning us away.
For a new salon to turn away business just shocks me. I will not return and I will encourage others to do the same. I hope no one else shares this same experience.

Amazing! Best pedicure I have had in Tucson. Just opened January of 2015. Beautiful and extremely clean. My nail look and feel great. The massage chairs are brand new and have settings I’ve never seen before. The whole experience was beyond relaxing. I will be back.
