I did not buy an appliance from Rosano’s. I went in looking for a washing machine. The machine I bought off of Craigslist seemed to be a bust. I spoke with Fernando at the store and explained what was happening. While Fernando easily could have sold me a washer he listened to my description and provided me with enough information to go back and get my Craigslist buy working. He lost a sale but gained a customer. Big shoutout to Fernando and Rosano’s for putting customer service first above sales. I’ll be looking to them for future purchases!
