Quality Inn Airport

On January 16^th My wife and I had driven 15 hours from Oklahoma City to Tucson. My wife is relocating to a new job and I was looking for job possibilities. We selected the Quality Inn from a coupon book and when we went inside the clerk, a male non caring individual who seemed to have no interest in serving us said that the coupon was not valid as the Gem show was in town and they were full. We had called earlier in the afternoon and was told they had plenty of rooms, but yet when we arrive with a coupon we are turned away. We also found that the Gem show wasn’t for another couple of weeks. We later found lodging at the Ramada Inn the northern part of the city. It was pleasant and the clerk was very helpful when she found that we were moving to the area. I am a retired veteran and my wife is also veteran and as far as we are concerned we wont stay or recommend a stay at the Quality Inn ever.

The hotel itself is older but the staff does its best to make it comfortable and clean. All in all on par for a room less than $ 100. The shuttle ride to the airport however (a third party company) was quite like a morning ride with Mad Max. Fortunately the terminal is only a couple miles from the hotel.

because this hotel of 3 out of 5 simply because there’s no remote control in the room and the pillows are feather pillows that collapse and not very supportive. overall service was great and it was nice to be able to book on such short notice.

This hotel is a dump. Rooms were filthy. I was greeted by hair when I pulled my sheets back. Greeted by more hair in the shower. Hair and urine on the toilet. Door knob was broken, Door lock was broken. Items are in a state of disrepair and «fixed» very poorly. Carpet is worn terribly. Unknown reddish brown stuff on the walls (blood?) Boogers with hair in it stuck to the wall next to my bed. Carpet is sticky. The space between the night stand and wall is loaded with food and filth. UGH! The A/​C rattles on non-​stop. The breakfast was awful. It consisted of cold eggs discs and a very dry sausage that had a grainy saw dust type of taste. I had my 20 man crew stay there and I was extremely embarrassed. BAD.

Too noisy. Noisy from inside air conditioning even it is turning off and outside neighbors air conditioning fans running 24hours a day, it is loud and low mhz. When you lay down in the bed you still could feel that. Not recommend to anyone. One night maybe ok. But I stay for a week. Never want to enjoy it again.

I’m being generous with the 3 stars. The place is older… Not too bad for a place to crash, price is on par with what you get. There was a weird smell on the second floor but the room is luckily not smelly. Since we are driving through, this place is good for a few hours of sleep.
