clean room but a dated hotel. Reasonable priced and service was excellent.

Very clean. I like the patio but dont close the door behind you as you will be locked out. Nice pools and fitness center. Bed are a little to firm for me.

The hotel van is consistently late. I have to stay here a lot on business and it takes three calls and every time the desk says they should be there in a minute. Twenty minutes later the van arrives and the hotel is only a mile away.

Clean, comfortable rooms, nice lobby and decent bistro. It is really a bummer location though, nothing but a Subway and Denny’s nearby.

I was here for a work training for a week. The rooms were great. No complaints. Clean, spacious, good amenities, and good water pressure in the shower which I hate when there isn’t! We also were in their conference rooms for a week and the staff always kept refreshments and snacks coming. The staff was very friendly and the check in was the fastest I have ever expereinced. My only complaint is that when I checked in, it was about 1 hour past the approved check in time and when I arrived at my room, the housekeeper was just starting to clean it. It was ready in about 20 minutes so not to bad. For an older property, it seemed well maintained.

Nice clean and quiet«at night» when the airplanes aren’t taking off at the airport. during the day rumbling is heard. soft sheets, comfortable beds and a couch to watch the flat screen TV. this is my go to place when I’m down in south Tucson.

When I first walked in to the lobby, it felt like the arctic, it was too cold for me to handle the registration, so he had to do it. When I finally felt like braving the cold to get to the room, the lobby didn’t seem so cold, but the room was still disappointing. This is definitely not my expectations of a Marriott, more like a Howard Johnsons or Super 8. The bed coverings were like a Marriott, but the a/c unit was one of those window units which is too noisy to leave on at night if you want to get any sleep. When I finally did get to sleep, I woke up to the sound of jackhammers tearing up the street outside the window before 8 am. Granted that was off the property but if the staff knew that was happening, they should have assigned rooms on the other side of the hotel. The shower is extremely dark, no light in the shower & the curtain is a very heavy dark material with the shower rod positioned only a couple of inches below the ceiling & in our room crowding into the bath area so that I felt very confined. I was always hitting the curtain with my elbow as I shampooed & washed. I admit I wasn’t in the best of moods getting into the shower since the door to the bathroom is very heavy & closes on its own, disregarding the top of my foot was there so not happy with being cut open. Would have been nice if my S.O. had warned me about that since the door caught his finger before I had made it to the room & left him with a nasty gash. Must be an old building since it still has the asbestos popcorn ceilings. Was so happy to get out the next morning that I didn’t go to the front desk to check out, figuring that the credit card was on file. Big mistake, I was trying to be nice & not inform the front desk of how much I did NOT enjoy my stay. So days later, I look at my credit card account & see that they have put 2 charges on my card– one for $ 140 and another for $ 90. I don’t think the stay was worth the $ 90, but definitely not worth $ 230. Guess checking in past midnight confuses them, since I just called to question the charges & was told it was $ 99 + tax for 2 nights. Wrong, not paying that when we checked in after 1 am & left before 9 am. She said she credited the one nights charges. I will be calling back Tuesday to speak to the manager of all these problems. This may make me avoid Marriotts for a while, or maybe I should just let corporate know.

I prefer the one at Williams Center. That’s all.

Typical Courtyard, perhaps a little older. The building itself looks dated but the lobby is renovated and the furniture in the rooms are on the newer side. Overall, not a bad stay, pretty standard for a Courtyard. Most of the hotels in the area are pretty similar, this one might be a little better. The gym is pretty small but it has new machines and well kept. Two treadmills, one elliptical, one stationary bike, free weights, and a bench. The machines even have individual TV’s. The worst part of the stay was probably the breakfast bar. It’s extremely slow and the food is overpriced. I think I’d rather walk to the burger king in the parking lot. yeah, that’s right, i said the bk because that’s how annoyed i was standing there for 15 minutes just to order my food even though i called down 15 minutes before and put in an order. There’s not much in the area and downtown is very close by. I think I’d opt for a hotel closer to downtown next time though.

Rooms were pretty nice. Location was not so great(near airport). Horrible breakfast food bar.
