Top notch customer service from this location every time I step foot through the door. Whether it’s purchasing a new road bike or getting my MTB serviced, these guys do not disappoint. The bikes are high quality, very reasonably priced and no one can beat their closeout deals. Make sure to support your LBS. These guys definitely know their stuff.

They saved my cross country bike trip. My chris king free hub was skipping when I rode into Catalina State Park from San Diego. The support mechanic couldn’t help so I took my bike to Oro Valley bike and they fixed it immediately. Many thanks Guys!!! They are my local bike shop now and been really excellent to deal with on service.

I’ve never run into any issues with this bike shop. We have several bikes that we’ve taken to them for work and one that we bought from them. If you’re unfamiliar with cycling, they’ll help you get into the basics and start you out on a bike that you’re comfortable with. They’ve got gear, equipment, bikes, maps, snacks, etc. Like every bike shop, there are certain brands that they carry and certain ones they don’t; some of the ones they do carry are Specialized, Felt, Scott, Pivot, BH, Raleigh, Diamondback, Co-Motion, Moots, and Animal. Their website also lists local rides/events if you’re interested in getting involved in rides locally.

Been trying to get my rear hydraulic brakes fixed there for a year. They are close and work Sundays but… they always blame me for the problem. «You must of sprayed chain lube on the rotor, or you must have been riding the brakes hard on a steep downhill… etc. after they installed brand new shimano brakes the rear brake had to be bled multiple times by them. stay clear and do not let them wrench your bike.
