I came in knotted with stress, overworked and exhausted. After a one-​hour deep tissue massage by Lisa Buck, I was relaxed and rejuvenated. Lisa found all the tight spots in my back and worked them out. At the end I felt as if I had melted into the the massage table.
If you enjoy feeling serene, this is the place to get it.

Brook is the best lash artist… superior. She does a great job, is professional, and kind. Brook gave me an awesome facial. It was super relaxing. My favorite was the Pumpkin facial. The products I purchased were of quality too. Brook does a great job with brow waxing too. I do not like listening to the blow dryers during any service, though. Too noisy. Not impressed with Angie and her fillers. They lasted just shy of two months. Angie did not make any attempt to make me a returning customer. I realize Angie is probably contracted out, but represents New Looks when she is there. My husband and I have had massages. They were scheduled in the evening, so there wasn’t any noise, such as the hairdryers, so I do thank Hadeel, the owner for that …I simply cannot promote any injectables there. Go to Skinjectables Botox Bar on Campbell and see Reagan or Rebecca for results that last. You won’t feel cheated there.

Do not go here for a massage. So loud and NOT relaxing. It is not only a spa but a salon. When i first went into the massage room, the calming music was really loud and I’m assuming it is in an effort to drowned out all the outside noise. The space is so small that you can hear everything happening in the entire place: hair stylists entire conversations, laughing, people constantly walking by the room and being very loud, hair dryers, the front door buzzer ringing every time someone walked in, etc… To add to the environment, the music changed to random comedy hour 3 different times during my massage. Poor Melissa my massage therapist did an amazing job and was so sweet… i cant imagine trying to do her job in this space — she should move because I would go to her all the time! Sadly, when I brought all this to the attention of the manager, she simply said she was sorry and that was it… surprised by her lack of awareness and poor customer service to rectify the situation. I am a teacher and rarely get to treat myself and was sad to leave with this experience.

I would like to make clear that my massage by Nikki and my facial by Rosemarie were great! I would go back to them in a heartbeat. HOWEVER I was told by Rosemarie that my eyebrow waxing was half off and cost only $ 7.00 but I was charged $ 20. I realized this when I got home so I called the woman who rung me up, who was Hadeel (the owner). She informed me that the $ 20 is what they always charged, there is no special rate and that Rosemarie quoted me the wrong price. I told Hadeel that if I knew it was $ 20, I wouldn’t have had it done since I can get it much cheaper elsewhere, but Hadeel stood her ground and refused to credit me the difference, even though Rosemarie admitted she told me the wrong price.
I told Hadeel that what she was doing was wrong and most places would take the hit and credit the customer (we are only talking about a $ 13 credit). So I told Hadeel that because I was really impressed with Rosemarie and was very happy with her service, I would let it go. But I will not go to that place again just on the principle fact that Hadeel wouldn’t do the right thing.

Tend to be rushed. I end up with stripes and patches — a lot of them. Machine is a bit wonky, too.

Update (one year later): I’ve been to another place (in Phoenix, recommended by my sister) to continue the work on my legs. The woman there takes her time and I do see results; however, I now recognize that the work done at New Looks was more comprehensive or longer lasting. The patches are a real problem, but the places where New Looks did hit were much longer lasting and seemed to get more hair than the place I’ve been to since. I don’t know if it’s the machine or the intensity of the setting, or perhaps I simply had my shaving timing down better when I was using New Looks. In any case, I’m considering giving them another shot. I’ll add an update and adjust the rating if I do.

I went to this Spa because my hair stylist moved to this location. They have some great services! laser hair removal, body contouring which sounds wonderful and i am considering. I love this little place. It was my first experience of getting laser removal done and I was very impressed. I was lucky enough to score a great Groupon deal, and that’s what brought me here. Like Katrina said, it does look a little sketchy from the outside. However, once you step inside it’s super warm and friendly. Susan is great at what she does, you don’t feel rushed whatsoever. She also is always running great package deals if you are interested. I’ve only had two sessions and already notice a specific improvement. Check them out, you won’t be dissapointed.
**Note, they book up FAST, so just keep in mind if you call you probably won’t be able to get an appointment for a few weeks.
