Unless you’re craving wings, there is no reason to go to this restaurant. The food is good, but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that our waiter disappeared for what seemed like hours before he even got our orders. The atmosphere didn’t help either, as the Native was cold and seemingly incapable of playing anything other than slow Christmas music that makes you want to fall asleep as you wait interminably for your food. It was so boring, it actually made me consider walking out on my bill. Of course, I just left a small tip instead. As I suggest you do, if you ever have the same server as I did.

So I have been here a few times and have had a variety of experiences. First of all, they mess up the orders often, which is a big no no in my book. Also everything is just a little too expensive. Unless you get one of the lunch specials you are easily paying over $ 10 and probably more like $ 15 if you get a drink. I have gotten a burger and boneless wings and the strips. I thought all of the the food was good, but not for the price and not for the amount of time I had to wait for it to come out. I would appreciate cheaper lunch items and better beer specials.

My family and I came here for lunch on a college football Saturday. When we walked in there wasn’t a hostess the place was not busy we waited a little bit to get a table but that’s okay. When I looked around there was a lot of random sports and games on. When I come into a sports bar on a college football Saturday I should see all football on or a majority, not the Sweden/Denmark soccer match. Not saying soccer doesn’t matter but a meaningless game like that does not make sense. We sat down and the waiter was actually very nice he was attentive I asked him to turn on the games I would like to see he asked the person in control and for some reason they couldn’t find the Big10 network or the game that was on ESPN. These are not obscure channels for sports. This was off putting the food was good as usual but the service was awful we will find a new place to watch the sports we want to watch. If you are trying to find a place to watch the game do not come here.

Went to sit in the bar, which was full so I sat at one of the long tables in the bar. Ignored for five minutes then I got up and left. I let the hostess know and her response was essentially it was my fault for«not letting her seat me.» That was my second time. The first time was bad, but I thought I’d give them one more time.

Love the Blond bombshell and Mocktails! Chicken Lettuce wraps are refreshing. Spinach artichoke dip is cheesy. Margarita pizza was tasty. Got to watch the Wildcats game as a bonus.

I was apprehensive about Native due to all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try after all the recent advertising. Tell you what, they knocked it out of the park! The wings were cooked to perfection and the hot sauce was spot on – enough to make you nose run but full of flavor. The fries were a pleasant surprise to boot. My server, Melissa, was friendly and made sure my glass was always full. They have plenty of beer and food specials and Native proved to be a great place to watch MNF.

This was our first time here and I have to say, THEYNAILEDIT! I had the margarita(they spell it different) pizza with chicken and a side of mild wings. It was great! The pizza reminds me of the ones in Oceanside. My husband got a pound of wings, he got ginger honey and honey barbecue. He said they were great. The service was great, waitress was attentive and the atmosphere is what you would expect in a sports restaurant.

Eaten here several times to watch football. Food is so-so. Take issue with the Beef on Weck sandwich. Beef should not be deli style beef. Rolls should be heartier to hold the juice. When talked to manager about the deli style beef, the excuse was that the cooks cannot cook beef to right temp. Also have eaten fish fry which was way overcooked and therefore unedible. Chicken wings are small.

Great discounted wings, friendly staff and quick service. One of my favorite places to go on a game day.

I went here for a business lunch. My partner and I ordered chicken tenders, mine was the honey hot flavor. As usual they were fantastic. I will definitely come to this location again. They have great customer service and met all my needs including keeping my beverage filled as it was a hot day.

Atmosphere: Standard commercial sports bar setting with many booths and tables. Numerous medium sized TVs placed all over the walls. It was clean and still has a feeling of being a newer location. Smallish bar area, mainly seems set up for groups of people(sports bar!) Nothing stands out as special, but there are no negatives. Product: I ordered the 12 pack of wings in one flavor, Hot. This is my go to choice for sampling wings at restaurants. Because this company has Wings in their name one would think that they are proud of their wings, or that they are special. The only unique flavor listed was one that used ghost chili. This is the second time that I have been at one of these restaurant and the second time I tried their wings, hoping that the poor quality wings I received the first time was just a fluke. Second time and at a different location and the wings are still mediocre. The hot flavor is not special, nor is it particularly hot. I do not like the fried nature of the wings, it leaves a greasy feeling. They are very unsatisfying and uninspired. Service: Nothing to rave about here either. We were seated promptly and the sever arrived in a timely fashion. She was friendly, but not engaging. The downfall was after we had finished our food, we sat for about 15 minutes before she noticed that we were ready to go. Conclusion: I tried this place for a second time at a different location hoping to get a better outcome. Average is probably the best I can say about this place. If you are searching for wings there are numerous places that would get my business before this one will again.

So Native New Yorker has changed their name to Native now. I just had lunch at a native and they are now charging $.90 for one wing. Not to mention that the wings are about half the size of any competitor out there serving buffalo wings. On top of that, the wings that I was served were cooked a while ago and had been sitting under a heat lamp. I know this because they were dried out and were brought out to me within about 2 min of placing the order. Last I checked, it takes longer than 2 min to cook wings. I used to love Native but I will never be returning again now. They are serving sub par food and charging way too much for it. Buffalo Wild Wings is way better.

I ate at Native on several occasions, three times with friends, twice with my wife. I always have the same dish: a pound or half-pound of boneless chicken wings, two different sauces — strawberry hot and honey. The cooks are consistent in the way they prepare the chicken. It well cooked, relatively tender and the sauces are yummy. I like their fries too: crisp around, tender inside, well salted. For drinks, I like their strawberry lemonade: not too sweet and lots of(real) strawberries at the bottom. Overall, the food is tasty, and the service is taking care of you. Fast and friendly. I recommend it. I did not give it a 5 star because my wife’s experience with her chicken salad was disappointing. The first time she marveled at the salad, saying«it was the best ever». The second time, the dressing was wy too vinegary without the awesome flavors she noticed the first time around. She didn’t like the way the chicken had been cooked either. So that inconsistency was a bit of a downer. Yet, overall, I recommend it as a 4 star diner, and I will come back.

Great Place to catch a game with good bar food and drink specials. Comparable to a Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili’s or Applebee’s. I’ve only visited a couple of times and haven’t really found anything on the food menu that is to die for. Love the Habanero Margarita, a Must Try! Overall Service was friendly and prompt, restaurant is clean and I’d recommend giving it a try.

Went here after bowling with new friends, and the food was great. They were busy, but not so busy to justify the 20 minute wait for drink orders. By the time we got the food, my date and I had to rush through eating to make a movie time. But they did have my favorite cider to enjoy while we waited. But the food was very good! I got the California Cluck and it was very well made. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the toppings were fresh, and they added extra pickles like I asked! I love pickles… While I can’t remember what everyone else ordered, they all seemed very happy with their food and beverage choices. I would definitely come back here and give the service another chance, and give myself a chance to try something else yummy!

Came here for lunch, literally ordered the cobb salad and a large icetea. Service was super fast, salad was fresh and good, and waiter even refilled my icetea to go! I was definitely happy with being able to get in and out within 30 mins.

My boyfriend and I have been to native many times. On Sunday’s during football season they host the bills backers club of Tucson, which is a lot of fun if you are a buffalo bills fan. Their wings are good, their drinks are inexpensive on Sunday’s which makes it a good place to watch the game at. I do think that sometimes they are overpriced, for example we got ½ pound boneless wings with 12 wings and a side of fries to go once and it was $ 23. Kind of pricey. They have a large menu so there’s something for everyone. On busy football game days their staff is not attentive– I do have to agree with other Unilocalers reviews on here about that… but on any other day that I’ve dined with them I’ve experienced good service. I have experienced my fair amount of poor service though that’s why I put 3 stars.

It’s alright food. The plus about this place was there was hardly anyone there for the Sunday night game. The server forgoth friends drink. It was a Bloody Mary and on top of that when the manager brought it. It tasted like water down tomatoes. The server was not attentive. And I think over cost for the service provided.

I love the variety of wings here, plus we sat at the bar and played trivia with some of the neighborhood locals and had a blast! We also ordered the blue cheese buffalo dip which is served with tortilla chips and it was a big bowl of gooey melted nacho cheese with chunks of blue cheese and a slight flavor of buffalo hot sauce! A delicious pairing with their top notch bloody Mary’s and some honey hot chicken wings! Service is great. This is a fun place for happy hour 4 – 7! Stop in, play some trivia and enjoy some great munchies! Eat and live well

What you would expect for a bar food chain restaurant. They have happy hour from 4−7pm where you get $ 3.7522ox domestic drafts and $ 4.7522 oz «import» beers(Sam Adams and Blue Moon don’t seem imported to me, but they were more expensive). ½ off apps too. I have had the«strippers» twice now, just average saucy chicken tenders, but you do get many sauce selections. However, the one saving grace, is that they actually have REALLY good pizza. Lots of TVS, lots of seating.
