I usually am not a fan of breakfast burritos. I’ll eat them if they are my only choice. I enjoyed their burrito. Well, they call it a «burro» and that is correct in relation to its size. It is NOT a small-small donkey! I guess it would be a small donkey.(If you know your Español.) For $ 5.75, I got a ham burro. It comes with egg and potato and you pay $ 0.99 extra if you want cheese or beans.(The $ 5.75 includes the extra cost.) It was at least, if not more, weightier than a Chipotle’s. It was really good. They make their own tortillas. It was excellent. They make their own salsa and tortilla chips. Excellent. They make their own horchata. THEBEST I’VETASTEDINTUCSON. And I try *everybody’s* horchata. Love the stuff. This stuff was creamy, rich flavor, cinnamon and nutmeg specks throughout. Aaaahhhh. I took a large to go in addition to the one I drank. Service was slow. Don’t know what took so long just to make our two breakfast burros. But oh well, it was worth it. I will like to try their meals. This is good food. Typical for a hole-in-the-wall type of restaurant. NE corner of St. Mary’s and N. Grande Ave.

I’ve eaten here many times and have tried a lot of the food here, at one time the cook was a very happy guy and used a lot of salt but they seem to have that under control now. The food is really good and the service is always friendly!

A little hole in the wall restaurant with only 5 or 6 tables and a sign that looks as if it’s made out of Sharpie. But the food is awesome! The California burrito was delicious, the steak was amazingly seasoned. They have a really tasty guacamole, whereas a lot of other authentic Mexican eateries leave there’s very bland. Great prices too!

Two years later their food remains salty and dominated by unremarkable flavors – the chilaquiles were reminiscent of cardboard suffocated in thick, flavorless rojo sauce. Their tacos are better but don’t stand out in a crowd. Mi Ranchito’s service continues to be pleasant. An all-around meh.

This little makeshift looking restaurant is a must try if you work, live or visit the area. I work on this side of town and LOVE coming in. The food is, good. It’s homemade taste brings comfort and fills you up. The prices are reasonable; but most importantly is the little lady server. She’s young; sweet and provides superb customer service. Come in, sit down, enjoy!

This place is legit. Its a hole but they have a decent back patio(just don’t sit near the dumpster!) The salsa is very very nice. They even have glass bottle coke. Its cheap and delicious, we are here every week on our weekly night ride. The server is the same every week, I think she is part of the owning family. She is extremely nice. No booze but there is a liquor store next door and I haven’t had any issues byob’n.

While driving back from a trip to the top of A Mountain, I passed by this little restaurant on the corner. I thought, «i don’t think I would ever eat there.» My partner called up Unilocal and after reading the reviews of others, we made a U-turn and decided to give it a try. We were the only ones there. Our server was very warm and friendly. It’s a small, small place. But it’s clean and sweet with lots of Mexican wall decorations. I had my usual of cheese enchiladas with beans(which were pretty fat-laden) and rice. It was OK. Different tasting. Not bad at all, just different from other Sonoran food in town. I’m glad I stopped and tried it and I’d certainly eat here again when I’m in the area. But there are other Mexican restaurants in town that truly call me back time and time again.
