After going here for sometime they didn’t even know who we were. They hiked the price up every time we visited. We arrived at scheduled appointment times and always had to wait a long time. Very disorganized and not overly friendly. Stopped going after a year of downhill service.

This place is over priced and the owner is unprofessional. Avoid going here if possible.

Tucked away in a little strip mall is your one stop salon and spa to get primped, pampered and beautified AND you will be amazed at the price!!! I am talking 35 dollar hour massages, haircuts for 16 dollars (even for me who has super long and super thick hair)…and you get punch cards for massages and haircuts… buy 9 and get the 10^th for free!!! On Mon-​Tue, cuts are only 10 dollars.
I am the kind of girl who usually spends about 150 – 200 for a cut and a color… but I am no longer that girl. It really pays to step out of the box from time to time. Do not think that if you are spending 10 –16 dollars you are going to a Supercuts/​Borics type of place… NOOOOOOO, this is a locally owned business and a great salon/spa…just trust me! You will be so happy with any service and have extra money in the bank!
I started off my visit to the salon by getting a 30 minute massage for 25 dollars (seriously pay the 10 dollars extra and get the hour). I filled out a survey about my problem areas and a brief medical history… I of course circle the ENTIRE body as the area I would like Desiree to focus on, being that I adore massages. She chuckled and mentioned that is a lot to accomplish in a half an hour… and suggested back, legs, feet and shoulders… perfect! She queued up her ipod to peaceful, tranquil music, dimmed the lights and left me to disrobe to my liking. During the massage she made sure the bolsters under my legs, knees, feet were okay and inquired about the pressure… everything thing was perfect, beyond perfect, I was relaxed and in heaven. I was putty in her hands. I wanted to cry when it was over… best 30 minutes ever. I am going to try to treat myself to this waaaayyy more often. They even have enough massage therapists on hand so you could get a couples massage! Desiree also mentioned they will be doing hot stone massages as it gets cooler.
Then I was turned over to the owner of the salon Laura… she comes with 22 years of experience. I loved her style and she had a great cut and color herself, so I knew I was in good hands. I was led to the shampoo area and was very comfy… no neck breaking here… the shampoo and conditioner smelled great and the water temperature and pressure was perfect… she checked to make sure.
I decided to cut bangs and add a ton of layers, so Laura had her work cut out for her. She really took her time and is a perfectionist. I like spending time at a salon, I do not like rush jobs… I got there at 1015 and I was done around 12. My hair was perfection. I absolutely love it. She explained what she was doing and why, and gave me brush/​blow drying tips. She showed me how to add volume and the perfect way to spray your hair near the roots. Back home we had a salon that did a blow drying boot camp event and I missed out on it… I think it would be a fun activity to get people in… don’t you just love how they can blow dry your hair to perfection just using a brush… and when we are at home we use the brush, flat iron, curling iron, and spend hours to do what a salon does in half the time.
I mentioned I was going to Ulta to pick up new brushes and she said that I should go to Sally’s…I am soooo glad I did. I got 2 brushes, 2 combs and a deep conditioner for 24 bucks (prob. the cost of one brush at Ulta)…thanks Laura!
Laura used to be blond and now has near black hair with a few different reddish highlights in the front… her color was stunning! I love that she likes to experiement… so, I thought I would ask if she knew what gradient/​ombré hair color is (dark at the top and fades lighter, ie Khole Odom-Kardashian)…she totally knew what I was talking about and quoted me a GREAT price… I’m super excited to try it out.
Laura even gave me some suggestions on how I should wear my hair for my wedding day and where to get a cool piece of furniture to hold my makeup in… she is a bargain shopper!
The other stylist who came in had some rockin heels on… stunning shoes!
While I was there, one girl was getting a consultation on a weave/​color, another lady got a cut and color and another lady just got a cut. What I am trying to say is there is a steady stream of people.
You can also get facials, waxing, keratin treatments, perms, tinsel, feathers, and nails! They keep up with the trends, which is nice. They have a whole separate nail salon next door! And YES, they have shellac polish! Laura’s nails were decked out in rhinestones and cool nail art to boot. Really this is your one stop shop.
Up beat music was playing and free water were some other nice touches. I also appreciated that this is not a tigi, bumble and bumble, aveda, paul mitchell, etc. salon, so there is no pressure to purchase products. I always get suckered into that, and we all know TJ Maxx, Ulta coupons, etc. are a half the price.

this «business» had an advertisement on CL for a $ 10 haircust. So we called and and mentioned the ad for the $ 10 haircut so made the apt for that same morning. The girl said they had open availability. So we drove over there and when we walked in there were no customers at all and they were mopping the floor. We were then informed that special is only available on Mon & Tues. I showed them the ad that it was not stated as such on their advertisement so they let us walk out. I guess they didn’t really need customers and I like to frequent business’s that like to build new customers and honor their ads. I wouldn’t trust a business like ths.

It looks small on the outside but it’s actually bigger. I asked for the 1 hr massage and glad I did. Desiree came in after the receptionist called her at home. It was the best massage I ever had. I fell asleep right away and felt stress free and relaxed after. I look forward to coming back and to getting my free massage. They have a «Loyalty VIP Customer Card» which gives you a free haircut/​massage after 9 purchases.
