I never seem have a good experience here! The drinks are never consistent — and the girls who work there don’t seem like they want to be there! And the last few times I stopped in for a wheat grass shot — NO — Wheat grass. unbelievable!

Every time I stop by this location some how I always seem to get the cranky bitchy check out girl! You know it’s not that difficult to take an order and execute it! My drinks are never consistent! It’s too bad !

When I bought a gift card I was supposed to get a free jamba juice, but the employee«forgot» and charged it to me, so she printed out a receipt for me. Little did I know it had an expiration date(which she failed to tell me) and so when I went to use the voucher it had expired. So twice the same employee screwed me out of the jamba juice. She supposedly asked the manager in back, but they didn’t have the«code» to allow me to get it. Really??? If you wanted to help the customer, I can think of many ways around the«code» if it even exists. This is the second time I’ve had issues with this location. Either skip it or go across the street to the mall.

I always get smoothies at Jamba, but this time I tried a juice. The juice had a thicker consistency, it was almost like a watery smoothie, rather than very thin like a good squeezed juice. So, I was not a big fan of that, but I give them 3 stars because my love for the Orange Dream Machine smoothie somewhat counters my disappointment with my fresh squeezed juice.

I think this has to be my favorite Jamba Juice in town. The store employees are always super nice and the consistency of the smoothies is on point. The location also couldn’t be better. Today we were helped by the team lead, Katie, who was super friendly and even offered up a sample of their oatmeal. Five stars!

I was welcomed and given great customer service with a smile! What more could a customer want? :)

They’re really more of a 2.5 star joint, but we still can’t do half stars yet… Right between Chipotle and Genghis Grill, this location makes it convenient if you’re not going into Tucson Mall. Too bad the employees lack life – inefficient automatons or indifferent zombies, I can’t quite decide… Their biggest problem is the consistency. Sometimes the smoothie will be good and sometimes it will be blah. If I’m in the area, I will hit up the Jamba Juice in the mall across the street rather than go to this one. The smoothies are still good if you’re okay with the occasional pockets with more of one flavor than another(pockets of strawberries, pockets of banana, pockets of apple juice) in your smoothie and the recurrent chunks at the end. All in all, still a Jamba Juice, but don’t have too high hopes.

There’s a better and cheaper new smoothie place nearby here… It’s at about 4240 N 1st Ave, on the East side of the road right next to the big new gym, and is called«Smoothe Factory». I used to love Jamba, but then they emailed me a birthday coupon to get a 16 oz smoothie for $ 2… I go in there with the email on my phone and they say it needs to be printed out. WHY? Pulling up the email on your phone is actually MORE secure and proves that you were actually probably emailed it, whereas anyone can print anything. Because of their stupidity, I’m officially done with Jamba Juice. Plus, this new Smoothie Factory is super good! My first smoothie tasted a little better than the Jamba smoothie’s I’ve had! And I’m not saying that because I’m bitter. I think it seriously tastes a little better. Plus, $ 4.70 at Smoothie factory gets you a 20 oz… For almost the same price you only get a 16 oz at Jamba.

Right across from the mall, but it’s a pain in the ass to try and cross Wetmore.
