Wife Always has to send her food back because the fries aren’t crispy enough. Got some crepes that weren’t very good. Long wait. Definitely not a good night.

First, I want to start by saying that the customer service was great. We were seated right away despite it being Sunday brunch time. Our waitress, Crystal, was super nice. BUT, the food quality was sub par. I had the Simple & Fit Vegetable Omelette and it was the blandest meal even when I poured Tabasco and salt all over it. The new Double Dipped French Toast tasted like a soggy cinnamon roll smothered in strawberry syrup. It was pretty disgusting. Overall, the best thing we ordered were the hash browns.

Standard restaurant chain food, done well. We had really excellent service from our server Andrea. No issues using our coupon. Not too busy.

I hadn’t been to an IHOP in years when I decided to come to this location, although there was a time when I spent a lot of late nights at this one. It’s been nicely updated, very clean, and with a really stunning breakfast menu. But the service was really awful, and I won’t be back any time soon. I was there nearly 15 minutes before the waitress came to the table for the first time, and another 10 minutes before my glass of water showed up. The waitress was inattentive throughout, but it was especially noticeable after she delivered the food and I asked for ketchup. There’s really no excuse for waiting 10 minutes for a bottle of ketchup after the food has arrived. The pancakes on the summer menu were fairly good, although the texture makes me doubt their claim of made-when-you-order buttermilk pancakes. I ordered the Blackberry Peach Cobbler pancakes, and asked for no ice cream on top(it normally comes with this). They obliged but substituted whipped cream, which doesn’t normally appear on this item. I neither requested, nor wanted it. My eggs were undercooked(but not raw) and I frequently wonder how someone can work at a breakfast-themed restaurant without knowing how to correctly cook an egg. Overall, the menu is intriguing, but the service is not worth the visit.

My wife and I went there for breakfast today we had to wait about 5 minutes to get seated apparently there was no there doing the hostess job or doing a poor job of it. There were a lot of dirty tables the hostess that seated us asked if we wanted a table or a booth when I told her we wanted a booth she said well I’ll have to go clean one then! So she seated us and we waited and waited and waited watched other people get seated and waited on before us so after sitting and waiting 10 minutes we got up and left!!! No coffee nothing! Went up to the front and asked to speak to a manager she showed up and I told her what happened that we waited at our table for 10 minutes and that people that came in after us got served before us she asked if she could make it right I told her no it was too late for that I will NEVER go to IHOP again! In the 8 years that I have lived in Tucson I have gone to all the IHOPS around Tucson and the service is the same everywhere it SUCKS!!!

I love this IHOP, the staff is always so friendly and efficient, the food is always really good, and the store is very clean. I’d recommend this location to my friends and family and even to strangers! KEEP up the great work!

Always a satisfying breakfast and the coffee is pretty good. If you like a lite breakfast I suggest the 2X2X2. There’s never been a time I didn’t enjoy my breakfast at this place. The people that work here are pretty nice but if there is a lot of people then the wait is a bit long. That’s no problem at all for us. Gotta love the pancakes

Went on the national pancake day! Free pancakes! Like the salad with honey mustard sauce! So good! Hot chocolate is as good as always.

Told the manager that I was in a hurry. They got my order out really quick. Make my appointment with time to spare. Good job.

DISGUSTING!!! This IHOP is so gross. Super dirty. French toast was served raw. Asked for refund didn’t get it.

Went there for an after party on New Years, had a group of 15 or so. The gave us our own room(maybe cause they thought we’d be rowdy but what ever I’ll take it). The waitress was awesome, she was able to get all our orders in the first go. The food took a long time(maybe cause it was around 1:30am). But every one got what they ordered. I got the stake and eggs w/hash browns and 2 pancakes. The pancakes where awesome, same with the hash browns. The stake was good not 5 star but good. The eggs where alright, there wasn’t any thing special about them. One of my friends got eggs that had a layer of what looked like egg soup. Nasty Getting the bill took probably 16 – 20 mins from when we asked. And since we where paying cash, it took forever to get every one payed.

We went to IHOP today for breakfast, it was Christmas morning, 9:30am. I saw the ads on TV so I knew IHOP would be open Christmas Day. When we got to the restaurant we only had to wait five minutes. It smelled like delicious diner food, I was happy. We were sat at a two person booth. I ordered the white chocolate raspberry pancakes with bacon, eggs, and hash browns. I ordered black coffee and the waitress brought a little carafe to the table. Everything was good. Our waitress was efficient and sweet. It was very busy, every table was sat, and there was a wait for a table. We got our breakfast but my two pancakes came to the table a few minutes after the rest of the food. Considering how busy the restaurant was the service was great and the food was as it alway is at IHOP, good enough. I enjoyed the meal. I appreciate that IHOP was scheduled to close at 2pm on Christmas, giving the employees time with their families. IHOP was a perfect place to eat breakfast on Christmas Day.

An incredibly mediocre IHOP experience. Service was slow and the table not being set properly before we were seated created a never ending trail of issues. After waiting an excessive amount of time for our so-so quality food, we discovered we were without silverware and by the time it was brought to us our food was lukewarm. It was then brought to our attention after having to request butter and maple syrup for our pancakes that there was a «syrup ladle shortage» and were brought cold syrup in a styrofoam condiment dish without a utensil, still no butter. Our server was great and did what he could under the circumstances, but I doubt we’ll return to this location.

Yikes! Bad call for breakfast. I ordered the tbone steak and poached eggs(the server didn’t know what poached eggs meant). My partner ordered 3 eggs, bacon and pancakes. The only thing that was OK with the order was that the water was cold. The steak smelled rancid, the eggs were flavorless, the pancakes that came with my order were dry and had to be covered with sickening sweet blueberry sauce. To make it worse we had to wait 10 minutes for toast which by that time the eggs were cold. The server was OK, just not knowledgeable about breakfast it appeared. Upon cashing out we were asked how are meal was and we didn’t hold back the truth. The cashier/server apologized for the bad meal, swiped my American Express and«tossed» it back to me in an annoyed fashion and said have a great night. Worst restaurant experience in 15 years! I guess we were due…

This place is real hit and miss there have been times when I get phenomenal service and good food but other times it fails miserably. To date their waffle maker has been down more times than it works and generally the service lacks mainly in keeping the drinks full. You often have the feeling of being rushed even late at night. If you are looking for late night or early morning noms it is a place to go just don’t go in expecting spectacular.

We eat out late every so often and IHOP is one of the best options in the area. The food here is good. The service for late night dining is rough.

Atmosphere was nice, clean and the food was delicious, I just was a little baffled at the size of portions. They were huge! It was me, the hubby and our 2 yr old. Got her the«funny face» off the kids menu, it was bigger than her. Just make sure you go with an enormous appetite!

If I could do 3.5 stars, I probably would. Overall, this location is a great place to go for late night — cleaner, more polite, and tastier than other late night options(though there is still room for improvement). A valuable lesson — service does not end when you drop the check off, it ends when I leave the parking lot. They have a bit of a revolving door here. I HATEREPEATHATE fake«your welcome”/“thank you”/“enjoy» — that fake nasal noise that would shatter in mid air if it could, with their back turned to you and already running to the kitchen. Here is my biggest problem with IHOP: the food is misleading. I look at the pictures and read the descriptions, and it all sounds so great, and I build up this great big anticipation of crepes and savory bacon to the point where just before they bring the food, I’m on the edge of my seat. In a moment, my server becomes John Travolta and I’m Uma Thurman and they are about to plunge a syringe full of adrenaline into my fat heart. And then, the flat line — the food arrives, and it’s limp, tepid, shriveled, flavorless, and I feel more like the sing along in Magnolia. The hashbrowns are cardboard. The bacon is decent, but expensive. The pancakes are thick but never seem hot enough to melt the butter. Nothing comes with toast — you should be able to substitute toast but they won’t let you. The eggs are a crapshoot — sometimes shell, sometimes not quite how you asked. The beverages are all pretty yummy though, like the watermelon lemonade. Your server can not take your credit card up to the front — you have to pay in person here. While some might think this is an inconvenience, I find this to be appropriate. It eliminates a certain amount of theft, fraud, and losing credit cards. So, perhaps a small improvement in the food and a slightly more authentic tone from the server and this would be a pretty darn good place.

3-star«A-OK» ratings were juts made for a place like IHOP. It’s exactly just that. We were in Tucson, my kids couldn’t find anything in our hotel’s restaurant they wanted for breakfast, so off to IHOP we went. It was exactly what you would expect it to be: generic, tasty breakfast food. Service was good, the french toast was blah(I had it in Carlsbad as well, and found it bitter there as well), but the stuffed french toast with strawberry sauce was better. My daughter enjoyed the red velvet pancakes. It’s pretty expensive at over $ 40 for a mostly carb restaurant for four people, but that’s what it is.

Oh man. I could go on and on. My husband and I went for our birthdays, which we were really excited about. Slow service by a server who obviously didn’t want to be there. And let’s face it, if you dont like your job, quit! He forgot my orange juice and to top it off, our food came out cold and disgusting. I called the manager and told her we weren’t going to eat it. We got up, left, and went to Good Egg where we had amazing food and service.
