iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

This is false advertising. One of iCracked’s «Customer Experience Gurus» told me that there is literally only ONE technician in the Tucson area, so unless you’re traveling to Phoenix, you’re out of luck.
The process of signing up for a technician is deceptively easy, but once you are told that an «iTech has been notified,» there are no further instructions. You have no idea how you’re going to meet with the iTech, how long it will take, and clearly the concept of iCracked is much more attractive than reality.
Horrible business model.
***The ONE technician finally got back to me after more than an hour, and said he would be available next week. What is the point of this?
