Manager was rude when greeting me and taking my order. Food was cold. Red beans and rice were dried out and mashed potatoes were bland. Won’t be coming back to this location again

Not only did they completely get my order wrong, including dinner for my daughter, but they don’t answer their phone to hear about it. This place needs to be shut down if they can’t offer simple customer service.

I gave this location 1 star because of the service that I receive here. Worker’s at this location are very rude and loud (ghetto) they never really get my order right. This is the only location I pass on the way home. Couple months ago I came here to place a order and my red beans and rice had this smell that wasn’t right (spoiled) so I got out my car went inside and talk to the lady who gave me my order .she also inform me that nobody else has complain about it .smh at this point. So I told her that if I’m saying something about it now @6pm and they been open since 11am what the hell yall been giving people? …SHE SAID THE SAME THING YOUR EATING. .WOW, so I just got a refund. Will not be eating @ that location never again.

Oh my where do I start. This is the only Popeyes on the way home from work and I wish I didn’t not have a craving for fried chicken and biscuits.
I used the drive thru because I wanted this to be a quick process. At the speaker I was greeted but the mic was left on so woman who just greeted me was having a full conversation with her co worker. Am I supposed to just wait until they have finished to place my order?!? When she finished I placed my order; a #3 spicy, white meat, Cajun fries and a sweet tea. She said they were out of spicy, I could live with it and told her mild was ok. I then began to place the 2^nd part of my order. I was caught off by her saying «can you finish the first part of your order?» So because she was once again talking to her co worker she never heard what I wanted for a side and drink. At this point I’m starting to get frustrated and told her I would take the 2^nd meal the same exact way. She repeated «same way» and I said yes. Finally finished the order
I pay for my food and look at my receipt. After the conversation about both meals being the same exact way I see two separate things on the receipt. I questioned the cashier and she starts yelling to her co worker about what she packed in the boxes. So one box had white meat and the other was a mixture, not what I ordered. She kept yelling she doesn’t have time for this, how she was acting you would think she was extremely busy. There may have been a couple people inside and when I got to the drive thru it was just me and one other car. I received no apology just we don’t have anymore of what you want, do you want to wait? I was over this experience and ready to go.
So when I get home I put my straw in my sweet tea and guess what? It’s diet coke and I check the other one and I still have no idea what that concoction is. It almost taste like tea and sprite. Either way I did not have what I ordered, SWEET TEA! The main thing I was waiting for was the biscuit and it tasted old and hard just like the Cajun fries. Major disappointment for someone who is a huge Popeyes fan.
One thing I did learn from this horrible experience is that this was my first and last time coming to this location.

This Popeyes is the worst. They have no food after 8pm and they either charge your card four different times or they wait 2 weeks to charge the card. The food isn’t even good. Will never eat at this Popeyes again.

Popeyes is the best fried chicken fast food restaurant. This is coming from someone who had their first job at KFC, lol. I love their many diffferent side items compared the just the usual mashed potatoes & gravy and coleslaw. Come on, not many places you can get red beans & rice or onion rings.
I just ordered drive-​thru but felt it was fast. When I got home, my family and I ate the food and it was so yummy.

hica bok bok! I love this Popeyes! The women that work there are always friendly and smile. They know how to say «thank you» and «you’re welcome.» It’s like… GASP…they have MANNERS!
In a world of fast food where you feel fortunate that the person behind the counter didn’t give you MORE attitude or spit in your food, these gals do it RIGHT!

The food was good. Very fresh. The customer service I received at the drive thru was terrible. The person at the window did not great me and did not say think you. I asked for no Ice in my drink but receive Ice. The associate had a bad attitude when I asked for sauce to go with my chicken tenders. I called an complained at the 1 – 800 number. The manager did call me to apologize for the service. Again, the speed of service was good and the food was good.
