I ordered a half and half topping pizza here. One of those toppings was jalapenos. When I got there, I saw they put banana peppers instead of jalapenos. I told them I did not order banana peppers and the cashier’s response was«we didn’t have any jalapenos so we just gave you banana peppers» and looked at me like she expected me to be fine with it. Being hungry and with my girlfriend hungry I just decided to take it. Although annoyed, I could live with it and my girlfriend’s half was correct. Also ordered cheese sticks and a soda but I had to remind her that i ordered those things. There was no «sorry» from her. This seems like it happens more than often. A gentleman was in front of me in line and they did the same thing to him. «we didn’t have a cookie cake, so we just gave you brownies.» Same story, no «sorry» on her part and expected him to be fine with it. This is funny to be since they require you to put in your phone number when you order online but they can’t give you a call if they don’t have a particular topping you ordered? If they don’t have bacon will they put ham on a pizza even though a customer ordered bacon? Bad practice? Laziness? Seems like both.

Just had a nice pizza an cookie from this store. It was very good and the staff here were very good. Very friendly and made me laugh. The price was a bit hi for the cookie. Overall this is a place to get you next pizza.

There’s not much you can make a review about here since you can’t dine in. I know they deliver but I live too far :-(I always place an order online first and it is never done when they say it will be. The last time I was there I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my pizza. The cashier is normally friendly enough and greets me when I get to the counter. I love the box deal because it’s like having an appetizer dinner and dessert for one low price.

It’s rare for me to crave Pizza Hut with all the other non chain pizza places out there, but Friday afternoon their breadsticks popped into my head and wouldn’t go away. Seeing as how any other place would require a sitdown or at least a longer wait(I was on a lunch break) I pulled into this location and went in, a little curious as to the lack of vehicles in the parking lot. This is a carryout/delivery location only, there’s two small tables inside and a vending machine for 20oz bottle but no real room to eat, nor would you want to probably. Sitting in such a small place just feels weird to me. The woman greeted me quickly but the entire time I was deciding, then ordering she never looked away from the register. I found that odd, no eye contact or even a glance towards me but she was pleasant and not rude about it. I got a personal pan and breadsticks, she said about 10 minutes, then went in the back for a bit and about 7 minutes later came out with the boxes ready to go. This time she was more pleasant, looked at me even, and offered cheese and peppers as she got out napkins and a bag for the food. She thanked me for coming in and I took off back to work. The breadsticks were perfect, just what I remembered, and the sauce was just right, seems it’s a better choice than the other chain places because they actually heat it and put it in a tub instead of just giving you a prepacked container. Pizza was very good but greasy, more so than usual but still tasty. Not a bad option for me for lunch once in a while.
