I don’t typically review restaurants but my experience was so poor I had to share. I ordered the Moo Moo with chicken at 12:30. I added black beans, lettuce, cilantro, pico and sour cream. Anything with that many items should taste great, especially with sour cream. The mini burrito was inedible. The chicken was so over cooked it was like chewing on leather — even after eating it 10 minutes after it was made. The ingredients should have had the opportunity to cream together by that point. I guess I should have taken the hint when I walked in at lunch time with no line and only 2 customers in the whole place on a Wednesday. Moe’s cooperate should investigate and work to improve this location. It was a waste of money and makes me think twice about ordering from a Moe’s again, especially with chipotle right across the street.

Ordered a Wrongway Doug and got a moldy burrito instead. Threw all our food away but brought the moldy burrito back to the store and they refused to refund all my money. In fact, they didn’t even give me a full refund for the moldy burrito. My wife, who took a few bites of her order before we noticed the mold, is sick today. UPDATE: Mother-in-law also sick. Without exception, they have screwed up every order prior to this one, but I figured I’d give them one last chance. Huge mistake. And, good luck finding someone who speaks English to help you with a problem. Clearly they can’t read it either, as our orders have nearly always been online. Stay away from Moes…

Sometimes I just want a nice salad and a little crunch. Some lettuce, chicken or tofu, tomatoes, cucumbers, salsa. When that urge strikes, I have to drive 20 miles from Ellenwood to Tucker for a salad. Lettuce is in short supply in Ellenwood unless you count Zaxbys and their over the top sodium content. They rarely disappoint, except they didn’t have raw jalapenos last time, and I get a meal I don’t have to worry about eating. You can use their salsa bar to bring the sweet or the heat depending on your personal preference. They have a reward system for frequent customers. I’ve even been able to score a free salad on occasion. Tip: I prefer the taco lettuce(iceberg) to the salad lettuce(romaine). A taco salad requires shredded lettuce and they cut the romaine in too large of pieces for my taste.

Dirty, dirty, dirty… I will not be returning. I usually eat at the Hugh Howell location, but stopped here out of convenience. The food was nasty, customer service bad, and extremely dirty. A total waste of my money.

This used to be my favorite moes becuase the other one closer to me is really bland. However this affection has not been adventure free. The first time i went the cashier told me she could not run my credit card and i had to get cash. Today however the atmosphere was extremely cruddy from the patrons, laughter at me. They also were acting strange with the food i paid first and than they wrapped it almost furtively. Now the food today it was pretty awful. The steak tasted like it was years old and the salsa for chips was inedible. It was not worth it.

Will not be back to this location. Roach crawling on the counter by chips. Told the guy twice and he could have cared less. Couldn’t find inspection grade either!

Food was bland and boring to need of seasoning. Hardly any favor. Portion sizes are very small in the meat dept. Some of there Vegs are sour in taste… Rice undercooked … 7.99 rice… I only came here because the line was long chipotle and I see why nasty

I like Moe’s especially the queso :-) I normally get the Chicken club quesadilla. The staff isn’t overly friendly but I don’t think I’ve ever been to a Moe’s where they have been. I’ve never had any problems with my food at this location. When I went on Tuesday evening I felt like I was at Chuck E Cheese with all the kids running around in there. The condition in the inside is why I’m giving them a 3 instead of a 4 star. The inside in my opinion needs a makeover. It looks clean but dated. The booths have seen better days. You shouldn’t sink down in the seat as much as I did. They have a lot of potential for their outdoor space but it doesn’t look like they care. The tables outside look dirty and old and I personally have never seen anyone sit out there.

I don’t usually review chain restaurants, but this one is so bad, it warrants a warning. Employees don’t know about food allergens. We were served food that is now making us sick. On the plus side: the queso was acceptable. We won’t be back.

My family of eleven eats at Moe’s a lot, since it is one of our favorite places to eat. This location was the fastest in our prep, the food was yummy and piping hot, and they gave us generous portions on our kid meals(others have been stingy). The restaurant is spacious, clean, and temperate. The women’s restroom was clean(didn’t go in the men’s) but freezing cold! Friendly staff. We will visit this Moe’s again soon!

This location is great. I’m actually more of a willy’s fan, but $ 5.00 burrito Mondays are nice! The staff is great. One guy that works there has been there for years and always remembers me no matter how long its been between visits. Parking does suck, but that’s not a reflection of the food. The food is always good, never had an issue. Salsa bar is always stocked and clean. Not much to be said about it. It’s Moes.

Hmm… I go to this Moe’s quite often and I haven’t seen anything wrong with it, except for maybe getting in and our of the shopping center. 4 stars for sure. Food has always been fresh and they are never too busy. Last visit was for nachos and they were damn good! My fiancé had the Homewrecker and the food met our expectations. I would say service has been exceptional! Very clean and well taken care of. Even the sauce bar, that gets all nasty from puds spilling their sauce everywhere, was in good shape. Hell, I would have eaten from the sauce bar, if I could. The center it’s located in(next to MIchael’s) is a little tight. It’s at the corner of 2 roads and they are both 1 ways so it’s a little tricky getting to or leaving. And Lavista can be horrible at times.

This place has gone to hell. And now, in an effort to keep up with Chipotle I guess, they changed their beef. Their beef was the only thing that kept me going here and not Chipotle. The flavor was odd and it was just not good. I get trying to compete with someone like Chipotle since they are huge and owned by a mega corporation, but you can’t change the basics to be completely different. Stringy beef is not the same as the chunks and definitely not as good.

Moe’s is really good. I never have a complaint with them. Their cookies could be better but the close talker is excellent!
