In a word, bland both the food and service didn’t impress me. The server placed us in the worst booth ever– near the Restroom in an uncrowded restaurant. Rice was overcooked and the water even had an after taste. Rushed to give us our ticket before we were Even midway through dinner– should have gone to Panda Express!

We have ordered from this place for 14 years. The last two times we ordered, they screwed up and argued about fixing their error. We gave them a second chance thinking it was a one time goof. This time the manager was beligerent, insisting that we ordered something we did not order & we’ve ordered the very same thing for 14 years. Refused to fix the order. I’ve been industry for 20 + years & never seen such horrible customer service. We will never order from there again.

I’ve been dining here for over 20 years, and the food is still great. Plentiful portions served and the wait staff is always friendly. The lunch menu remains a great bargain, and everything on the menu tastes great!

Tommy, Mr. Tommy at the Sushi Bar and Jessica our server could not have been nicer. Our first time. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and the food was great. We will be back for sure!!!

The food and the service was great. This place deserves higher than three stars. Very pleased that I went.

We went here because we couldn’t find a Chinese place by our house! The food was tasty and HUGE portions. I have enough for probably 3 more meals! Won ton soup was great, as well!

Four people stood at the hostess station talking while one server covered tables. Each table had to wait while one guy took orders, ran food, answered questions. I loved it when some employees would talk/yell across the restaurant. During my meal, the employees took a dinner break, with no one covering tables. The server would look up from time to time when a customer got his attention. Needless to say, I had to flag down someone to get my check. Once getting someone’s attention, she yelled across the restaurant to get the server’s attention. The hot and sour soup tasted like pepper. The chicken had no flavor. There was something odd about the texture of the chicken. It’s was slimy, with somewhat of a chewy feel. At first I thought the chicken was not completely cooked. I did not finish the meal. I don’t plan on returning.

Horrible service! I’ve ordered take out from here several times, and on many occasions I’ve been missing items like sauces, etc. — nothing worth making a fuss over. The most recent time my order was incorrect again… I called hoping they’d drop off the omitted items while their driver was out on another run, but instead the lady who took the order argued with me about what I’d asked for and insisted I’d ordered something else. We won’t be going back!

I can’t speak for dine in experience but take out is horrible. Their«salad» was just lettuce with watery white dressing(didn’t even taste it, to know what kind of dressing). I ordered sweet sour chicken & my friend ordered Sesame chicken. It was the same chicken and the sauces tasted quite the same. The chicken was hard as if they threw it in the microwave. Some white bread that was placed on top the rice had no taste at all. They only got a star because the food was ready pretty quick(maybe because the whole thing was microwaved). I wouldn’t go back.

Been coming here for years and I’m pleased every time! The rice is my favorite.

This is definitely the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Truly one of those situations where I questioned if the chicken I ordered was chicken. It was extremely soft and chewy like fat. The“fried rice” was bland and hard. I would advise to avoid at all cost. TERRIBLE

I absolutely love this place. A Chinese restaurant and Japanese restaurant joined together. The food is so good, and the prices are fair. It’s also right across from Northlake Mall which is convenient. Omg. What do I want… «Sushi and fried rice with General So’s chicken». Yeeessss! The service is great and the restaurant is clean and comfortable. And… for you pregnant ladies, they have cooked sushi options in which the utensils used are separate from the ones used for the uncooked sushi.

Great chinese, sushi, and hibachi. I’ve had it all and they do a good job at everything. Hibachi is fun to watch if your are into chef tricks and all that. Sushi is good too and the one dollar sushi special is a great deal(I think its from 4 to 6 but could be wrong).

Ordered delivery and they brought the wrong food. Then they said our food was at another house and wanted to just switch the food out. I definitely don’t think that’s very sanitary or would pass health code inspections. We will never be ordering from this restaurant again-very disappointed.

Great place for dim sun … Hot and sour soup is one of the best in Atlanta. Steamed dumplings are ok, but the dumpling sauce is outstanding.

We made a visit for lunch today and have visited the restaurant before due to the pricing and the portion sizes. Today particularly we visited and received the first course of soup broth. After eating I noticed a bug in my soup! I explained to the waitress after she confirmed that it was indeed a bug that I was disgusted. She explained that the soup«was safe» and«high in protein» due to the bugs. She then began to tell about how her brother eats cockroaches. Safe yourself the bug experience and bug story. It also can definitely use a thorough restaurant cleaning(which is probably why there was a bug there in the first place). The only pro the staff was pleasant.

Do you not go here I spent $ 100 for 3 people to experience hibachi. and the server who sat us down was rude rushed us like crazy. And barely spoke English so she didn’t understand what I was asking and I couldn’t understand her at all. Then the hibachi cook who so kindly told us that was his mother in law… Was also rude and acted as if we were inconveniencing him. Not to mention the food was just okay. I also got sushi and it made me sick that night. Sorry but if I’m going to pay that much money for an entertaining meal it better be good and it better be entertaining I’ll never be back. In fact I just tried the new hibachi place in the Briarcliff Plaza down the street Kobe house and its WAY better. Don’t waste your time at the lucky key they’re lucky they’re still open if you ask me

At here for the first time today with my husband, and we were both very pleased with the food and experience! Sometimes you just crave good old-fashioned Americanized Asian food, and this place is perfect for that! I ordered the house chicken(which was sesame chicken — not sure if it’s always that or if «house chicken» is more like a daily special). Sesame chicken was fried very well — not too much breading or too greasy, and the sesame sauce was thin(which I like so much better than gloopy sauce). Husband ordered Hunan chicken, which had a very nice flavor and veggies that had nice color and weren’t overcooked. Our lunch specials were huge portions that came with fried rice, choice of soup, and egg roll or spring roll — all for $ 6-$ 7! Great price for what we got. Very happy with the food, the service, the ambiance… will definitely be back!

The prices are great the food is absolutely horrible. I had their lunch General Tso’s chicken and rice. The chicken was rubbery and odd looking. The rice was old and had a funny color. It was totally unpalatable and I had to throw my entire meal away

This review is based on the hibachi section of Fuji. The atmosphere is nice and has the feel of a personally owned restaurant over a corporate restaurant. The sushi section up front is small but nice, and the hibachi section was pretty nice as well. Our chef was nice, but his portions were really off. We got so much rice we couldn’t finish, little vegetables and little steak… but it all tasted great! I also ordered a spicy tuna roll and sweet egg and they were fantastic! Overall it was a fun little hibachi experience if you haven’t been to one. Good jokes from the chef too.
