A-1 Mini Storage

I rented a Uhaul truck from here more than a month ago which at the time, when I returned it early I was given a receipt and told it would come out of my credit card once the truck was returned. The truck was hard enough to rent because they were having computer problems & it took forever & they couldn’t find a truck the size I needed. So I took the one they had & figured I’d just have to pay a little more for several trips to get all my stuff.
Of course I went over the mileage as I expected but I anticipated paying around $ 100! That’s not the problem. The problem was when the stupid place charged my card a whole MONTH ½ latter & I was thinking they’d charged it then when I brought it back & she gave me a receipt! So not only was my card charged when I didn’t expect it but then they charged me another $ 30 as a «convenience fee» of being able to break my payments into two then sent me a letter saying I still owed a partial payment along with the convenience fee! I’m like WTH? 1^st of all I didn’t ask for any convenience a month ago! I asked that the entire $ 105 be taken out then so now it’s $ 135 & I still owe you?! CRAZY BS!!!
Well at least they waived the $ 30 fee by the time I threatened to go over their heads straight to Uhaul but I will never rent from here again & thanks to this place I probably won’t rent Uhaul again! Never had this problem with Penske!
