This review is specific to Michelle Allen the manager. This lady is the rudest manager I have dealt with. First off, she tells me in her office she believes people should be charged for tires after renting a uhaul. That already shows you what she’s going to hold the customer Liable for. What kind of nonsense it that. And secondly she is charging for a malfunctioning cable that prevents the door from being closed all the way which is not my fault. She called to give me the news then says «that’s the final decision» and hangs up on me. When I call back to speak to a supervisor she says she’s the boss then hangs up again. No lady, you’re a manager. You have a supervisor. Acting like you own the company or something. Do not ever rent buy or give this uhaul any business. It deserves to be shut down or replace the manager.

They charged me a fee because the gas was not the same according to them. I filled it exactly where it was when I picked up the truck. Evidently these people don’t understand that when the truck is not on level ground, the gas gauge will not read the right level. Oh and when I talked to them on the phone (in a civil manner) they hung up on me when I contested the gas charge. Read some of the reviews on Uhaul’s website. They are quite content in the practice of gouging customers. Do yourself a favor and rent from a different location.
