Hands down delicious! Not usually a fan of thin crust pizza but they may have changed my mind! We ordered one pizza to share, just in case we didn’t like it, and decided on going with one of their classics, Alfredo’s Alfredo. We modified it by adding chicken, bacon and spinach. The crust was a tad burnt on a few pieces but it was the perfect amount for 2, with no leftovers. The staff was friendly and moved thru the line quickly. We will definitely be going back!

If you like quick meal with a fresh taste to it this place is worth the stop. 8 bucks for full Pizza. Very quick service and pizza was just fine. I didn’t expect much for a 8b dollar Pizza but gladly I was wrong. Tasty cool place.

I love you pieology. I always look forward to working out now because i just can bribe myself to get pizza if i do good. But for real the staff were really nice and were quick only thing negative was i like sauce and lots of it but the spiraling was to cool to give 4 stars.

Had such high hopes for this place, but of all the fast pizza places popping up, Pieology is my least favorite. Place was clean and nicely designed but the pizza was a little over priced and a little underwhelming. When it’s family pizza night, drive the extra few minutes to Sherwoods MOD Pizza for a superior meal.

Ehh… Neat idea but execution and quality of ingredients were lacking. Pay a buck more and go to Pizza Smith you’ll be glad you did!

My family and I have come here to eat a few times now whenever we’re in the area. The service is fast and friendly, and the pizza is good. While yes, one may say this place is the Subway or Chipotle of the pizza industry, I say you can be that and still put out a really tasty pizza, which they most definitely do. The size is perfect to have to yourself or share with any kiddos who you may have with you. No complaints from us the handful of times we’ve been, and we will most definitely be back!

Have eaten there before and the food is good but arrived last night at 934 the doors unlocked employees inside lights on and we walked in and were rudely barked at «closed». I said you should lock up then, it’s hard for customers to know when the lights are on and the doors are unlocked. I was told«uh yeah well next time» Ridiculous To the jackass who wrote me and said this was a bad review because I have the Internet. Their rude behavior warranted a review. Had they politely said«sorry we closed 4 minutes ago» I would have said oh sorry. Had I been working at that place I would have said just so you know we close at 930 but I’ll help you out Rude people make bad reputations. I don’t care how good the food is if there as an asshole that serves it.

I really do enjoy their pizza! It’s pretty fast service for a good wood oven pizza. They have so many toppings which I appreciate. I always do the make your own pizza. They even have corn for a topping, which sounds weird but I really do recommend it. They have a nice outdoor area with a warm fireplace which is nice in the cold. There’s also lots of seating, although sometimes it can get loud with all the people at a peak time.

Good food and fun staff! With that said… Dining area was very sorry though… tables, chairs & floors. If they were busy, I’d understand… but I’m the only one here. No lids out for cups, soda area was sticky.

It is like Subway only with pizza! Unlimited toppings(you choose) and choices of sauces, etc. Nice fire pit on the outside(of course). Did I mention they have beer? Yes, they do! Nice outdoor eating area, although a busy parking lot nearby. While socializing you don’t even realize it’s there, however. Nice quick service with a smile. Price is affordable at a 11″ pizza.

The pizza here is great. They even have whole wheat crust. You pile on all the toppings you want. They also make a dessert pie. It’s cinnamon sugar with icing So good. The best part is it’s affordable.

Fabulous, well priced, delicious artisan crafted pizza! What more can anyone ask for. There are no restrictions on the type of toppings allowed. This is the next dimension of «Have it your way», for sure. The staff, at all of times of the day I’ve visited are friendly, engaging and interesting. The place is clean. The service for getting a personal pie, custom made to perfection, is just as fast, to my mind, as waiting for a slice somewhere else to be reheated. But this is FRESH! not something that has dried up while sitting under warming lights. Nothing ever looks congealed here. A special shout out to staff member Selina, who took special care to make my pizza extra crispy to my taste. She demonstrated the kind of customer care that should make any supervisor or franchise owner delighted.

Am I late to this build your own pizza phenomenon? Regardless, I love it. The first words out of my mouth as I walked into Pieology were«is this a chipotle brand?» Really similar décor and set up. The process of ordering is super easy and there’s a ton of options. You could probably even be remotely healthy, but what’s the point in that? Two pizzas totaled around $ 15 and were easily enough to serve 4 adults. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I’ll be back!

I’m in love! This is a subway style ordering of pizza. Unlimited toppings for a low price of $ 8. The thin crust is crispy and delicious. There is a wide variety of topping options. This is my new favorite place to eat. My ONLY complaint is they don’t have beer! I love beer with my pizza. The good thing is that New Seasons is next door and they have a great beer selection.

Great idea for pizza. The format is where you build your own pizza. You select your own crust, sauce and toppings from the items available. All pizza’s are 1 size about 10 inches. If you’re a light eater you can split it with another but I can eat the entire thing myself. I’m not one of those flakey eaters. I have a mean appetite. Anyway, you walk in and select the type of pizza crust you want. 1) White(home made) 2) Whole Wheat(home made) 3) Gluten Free(pre bought frozen) They have a nice selection of sauce options: Butter, Olive Oil, 3 Cheese Afredo, Red Sauce and some others I can’t recall at the moment. It’s a more healthy way to eat pizza, because you select your own toppings and you can choose healthier items and know what you’re getting because you can see it being added right in front of you. So as you move down the line, you can see the toppings and let them know what you want. It’s like a 1 size fits all and they don’t count the pieces of meat or weigh anything and the price doesn’t go up for a little extra. My advice: Don’t abuse the nice and generous policy by asking them the heap on the toppings. They would be forced to increasing the price if you do. Let’s keep a good thing good. The staff are friendly and attentive. The place is very open and clean. The bathroom is the only thing I didn’t like. You have to touch the door knob to enter, the toilet toggle handle to flush, the soap dispenser, the water control at the sink, the paper towel dispenser and the door handle to exit out. More advice: Use the paper towel to flush, turn the water on and off and to reach for the door to exit. I took two pics of the selection I and my sis in law selected for our tasty pizza. We enjoyed both.

Essentially it is fast food pizza for a reasonable price your way. Their selling points are customization and speed(4 minute baking time). You can either choose one of their standard Pie Lab combinations or order cafeteria-style with an employee assembling an 11−½″ personal pizza with your choice of sauce(red, herb butter or olive oil), toppings(cheese, meat, veggies) and then finishing it with a flavor blast(BBQ sauce, roasted peppers, etc.). All pizzas are $ 7.95, but you’ll pay $ 2 extra for gluten free crust. On your way to check-out, you can pick up a pre-packaged salad and add a fountain drink(Coke products). Not too complicated or too fancy either. There weren’t any options that excited me, but all the basics seem to be covered. While their fast-fired method delivers a crispy thin-crust pizza pie in 4 minutes, the wait to assemble can be lengthy. During my visit, only one employee was preparing pizzas so they were understaffed. Diners behind me walked out and headed to California Pizza Kitchen because they wanted more of a dine in experience with a broader menu and better service. They have a large number of tables indoors and a few outdoors with a nice fire feature. The space has clean and modern lines and an entire wall is dedicated to quotes by authors, politicians, celebrities and other notables in e e cummings stylized script. It just all feels a little cookie cutter, starting with the crust that is pressed thin, not hand tossed. This location in Nyberg Rivers opened this week and is the third location in Oregon. They’ve started in the ‘burbs and are opening two locations in Portland within the next few months.
